I switched to North Branch from my other year long Vet down the street because my dog had an emergency and I got rejected because I did not have an appointment. So I was kind of desperate to get my dog taken care of.
When I visited North Branch, the main goal for everyone was to take care of my dog. No appointment, no discussion, nothing.
I can only recommend North Branch Animal Hospital!

Had my older cat and kitten taken care of with vaccinations and other routine care and had my kitten spayed. Wonderful vet! He is very kind and compassionate and prices are definitely reasonable. Had a great experiences with him and his other staff. I have been there quite frequently. I will be coming back for any future care. I also recommend him to anyone with animals. Thank you Dr. Buzdug!

Dr. Buzdug saved my puppy's life. If I could use one phrase to describe him, it would be above and beyond. All for a very reasonable price. Could not recommend more highly.

I took my dog coco to see Dr.Buzdug for an ear infection. We had to muzzle her due to her extreme fear. Dr B. was patient and kind.
I decided to get her micro chipped and thought she would freak out....
I took my dog coco to see Dr.Buzdug for an ear infection. We had to muzzle her due to her extreme fear. Dr B. was patient and kind.
I decided to get her micro chipped and thought she would freak out. Dr.B put ice on her neck to numb the injection. She didn't feel a thing!!
I would highly recommend Northbranch Animal Hospital.

Dr. Buzdug is the best! He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about every pet he sees. His compassion is unmatched. I have a skittish Border collie mix, and he is wonderful with her. He makes the vet visit process a whole lot easier. Dr. Buzdug will never pressure or force a certain product or means of treatment on you. He simply wants what will work best for both you, and your pet. Do yourself a favor.....go see Dr. Buzdug!!!! You'll be glad you did.

Dr. Shulak and his staff were extremely nice and professional. I love how clean and updated everything was. I like how the dr. Listened to all the things that was going on with my dog and gave me things to treat it. He was very knowledgeable, polite and gentle with my dog. They made me feel very comfortable and also their prices are really affordable it even comes with a payment plan if u can't make the entire balance. I recommend this place to any pet owner!

Very poor communication between front desk workers to the doctor. My appointments were cancelled on 2 different occasions due to lack of communication in the office. They did not inform me my bird was...
Very poor communication between front desk workers to the doctor. My appointments were cancelled on 2 different occasions due to lack of communication in the office. They did not inform me my bird was going to be put under to have his band removed and wings clipped. The also did not inform me he was not supposed to eat 3 hours before we came in for the appointment. Not to mention, the appointment i had made was for his wings and nails to be clipped. I had only asked about the band removal.
Needless to say very poor all around experience. Doctor has a lot of experience with birds, however very pushy and rude about his advice.

I switched to North Branch from my other year long Vet down the street because my dog had an emergency and I got rejected because I did not have an appointment. So I was kind of desperate to get my dog taken care of.
When I visited North Branch, the main goal for everyone was to take care of my dog. No appointment, no discussion, nothing.

Had my older cat and kitten taken care of with vaccinations and other routine care and had my kitten spayed. Wonderful vet! He is very kind and compassionate and prices are definitely reasonable. Had a great experiences with him and his other staff. I have been there quite frequently. I will be coming back for any future care. I also recommend him to anyone with animals. Thank you Dr. Buzdug!

Very poor communication between front desk workers to the doctor. My appointments were cancelled on 2 different occasions due to lack of communication in the office.
