OMG!! I love this place and the staff!! Decided to change vets because our previous vet had horrible "bedside manner" towards my pitbull. My Lily doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body and is a huge love bug! Clarke was amazing! Even though Lily barked, they never treated her like she was "dangerous". They talked to her, the tech was sweet as pie, the vet herself got down on the ground and let Lily sniff her and in turn, Lily responded by turning around and sitting on her lap!! They told us my cat had arthritis when actually it was muscle degeneration. They gave him Xanax for anxiety and made him immobile becuase of his history they didn’t check. They don’t connect with cats there! Dr. Griffin was the only good vet there. It’s to bad she left! We will be taking our other cat elsewhere. Read Less

I paid for an emergency visit here because they were almost closing. My dog had not ate in 3 days and his current vet was booked and sent me there. The vet looked him over visually for maybe 5 minutes total, if that and said his stomach probably flipped and I should put him down. He was rushing because he wanted to leave at 6. My dog ate the next day and is perfectly fine to this day. I'm glad I didn't listen to that vet and I'll never bring my animals here again. He cared more about getting out on time rather than finding out what was wrong with my dog , even after I paid the extra for the emergency visit. Read Less

From my personal visit and opinion they care more about money then animals and left my senior cat injured then charged me 60$. I am NEVER the person to write a bad review but.. I seriously am upset on what they did to my senior cat! it has been a week and he still has a scar. firstly I called and told them he has never been to a vet and that if i brought him in could i please go in the back with him so he doesn't freak out. they assured me i would be able to go in the back to make sure he and i both feel comfortable so i was happy about that so i made an appointment BUT that was completely a lie. my cat sat in paint in his genital area and i wasn't sure what to do, the second i got in they spent at least 10 minutes trying to get me to buy some membership i didn't go there for, the nurse told me all i needed to do to get the paint off was wash him. then the doctor came in and told me she would take care of me and she also mentioned the membership that i already declined. she wouldn't let me into the room where they took my precious cat and that led him to freak out horribly i wanted to cry hes 11 years old and has never done something like this before. 4 minutes later i hear my cat literally crying as loud as ever, i have never heard him cry like this .she brings him back and tells me "oh the clippers snipped him a little" excuse me but, the clippers didn't snip him the person using the clippers snipped him and it was NOT a snip. excuse my language but my cats balls were dripping blood and i gasped and the doctor said "oh dont worry it looks way worse then what it is" and that was a lie too, then they charged me 60 dollars or more i don't remember and ALSO AGAIN asked me about the membership! and my cat cried the entire way home... I love Clark animal hospital they always get my pets in right away and make me feel that my dogs are just like there own. I always get a estimate before they do anything and don't push me into doing anything extra. I have the paw plan and couldn't be happier with it, it has saved me lots of money. They take care credit which really helps (my last vet I had to pay right away so I had a hard time paying) I would recommend them and so do my dogs. . Read Less

They fit us in right away, the staff was very sympathetic and kind; and my puppy loved the vet that we saw. We did not feel rushed and she was willing to answer all of our questions. The best animal care I have ever experienced... A few years ago they did surgery on our pit bull removed carpet from his stomach on a payments when know one else would help....and today or chihuahua almost died and our normal vet wanted us to wait 3 hrs. Clarke said how far away, we got in the car and drove all the way there and they squeezed us in. Did all test required. They fixed him. All staff so caring..I'm hooked will be coming back! Read Less

Our little guy came in for an emergency and they treated him as if he had been there for years. I am so thankful for the awesome staff, and especially for Doctor H! (Harden I think?) They are the worst! They charged me 16$ for a bowl of water not to mention they are suing me because I didn't want to pay for their wellness plan. They are money hungry ppl! Their prices are unreasonable. I payed more in the wellness plan than the actual bill. It was my first and thee last time I'll ever go to these wolf's in sheep's clothing. Stay away at all cost! worse vet in town !!!! period here is my experience with this vet my cat was sick I took my cat into this vet they ran some test and told me my cat was going to die I said is there anything you can do they said we can give the cat a shot of meds but they insisted on not going thru with it they told me I was wasting my time and the cat had no chance of living long or making it I told them I wanted to try and save my cat and to give her the shot they acted like they were frustrated and upset they just had a bad attitude towards me they gave my cat the shot and told me that my cat would be lucky if she lived another 2 to 3 weeks I said what's he longest she might have left they said a month tops!! well that was 3 years ago my cat is healthy as a horse like nothing ever happened this is a prime example of a vet that cares more about cash then the animals the shot they gave my cat cost more then the shot to kill my cat this vet gave me a bad vibe that they are more about animal depopulation then they are about animal care I have been there a couple more times since then and each time was horrible from the hired help being rude to a vet doctor that could care less I have found a new vet now and could not be happier lower prices and true animal love towards pets from how they talk to the actions they perform it was like night and day I really would hate to know how many animals have been put down by this vet that did not need to die do to poor judgment and a lack of caring don't call this vet for advice and don't bother asking them for help in anyway if you are short on cash they don't care about you animals health or condition they only care about money hear is a tip!! make an appointment at Faith Animal Care if you truly care about your pet they are a true vet that do it because they love animals not because they want money!
