I went online to write a review after receiving wonderful care and attention from Dr. Lynch with my new puppy, Maggie. Imagine how shocked I was to read the horrible reviews! I have to say that this hospital is under new management and the previous doctor is no longer working there. The staff was very friendly and professional; Dr. Lynch was a very good doctor. For anyone who had a bad experience before, please consider another visit now that it is under new management. Read Less

If you love your pet then please don't take him to Utica Animal Hospital. I took my five year old dog to be boarded last summer while we went on a family trip. First, 'Dr.' Pirzada had a condescending, nasty attitude and I should have known from the start not to leave my dog with him. Even though I'd previously had my dog's shots done at the Humane Society, he insisted that she needed several shots and she needed a medicated bath. I agreed and left her in his care. When I came back, he actually wanted me to pay like $10 extra just because I wanted to pay with my Mastercard. I refused to pay anything extra and he took the payment as it was. My dog was a basketcase for weeks and she just wasn't acting normal. I'd never had this issue with any other boarder. I have no clue what he and his henchmen did to her. Also she was constantly shaking and kept itching and itching for weeks, even though she was supposedly given a medicated bath. Even though I tried different types of bath solution for her, she still was itching a month later. I decided to write my review because the idiot had the audacity to send me a postcard letting me know it was time for dog to have her shot. I just got mad all over again. Read Less
