Dr. Anne and Elyn have taken care of my dog since she was a puppy! I would never go anywhere else. Between after hour care and Elyn's bright smile and helpful advice, I am so happy with my care!

Have a couple of cats needing a check-up and help brushing out some mats. Dr. Anne did a terrific job and managed to keep my skittish kitties calm throughout. Would happily recommend to others.

I have taken both of my cats to Dr. Anne for several years and have been very happy with the care they have received. A few years ago one of my cats suddenly became ill and listless. The had me bring him in right away and although he had to stay a few days, when he came home he wasn't even on any meds, just a specific diet. She is very good with the cats even when they aren't always cooperative. The re-vamped reception area is very open and inviting too.

I heard rumors from coworkers that Dr. Cepela was a cat whisperer. They were right. But she is also great with my dog. I don't care to go to a fancy animal clinic which will pretend my pet is a pers...
I heard rumors from coworkers that Dr. Cepela was a cat whisperer. They were right. But she is also great with my dog. I don't care to go to a fancy animal clinic which will pretend my pet is a person and charge me as much. I don't care for fancy offices with cute posters and photos and a TV with funny animal videos. I want a clinic where they know me and my pet and care about the health and care of my pet. Most importantly, a doctor who is compassionate and understands what it's like to love a cat or a dog and be responsible for it.
Great service, quick appointments, not very long waits, and reasonable prices. I recommend Freeway Veterinary Clinic to anyone who asks.

Went to clinic, receptionist was less than pleasant. She was very short and rude and not welcoming at all! I have heard this from other sources as well. The vet was great, but the receptionist needs to be much nicer! We are paying customers!

Switched to Nickerson. An animals chart should never sit on the Dr's desk for 3 weeks without calling back. Especially when it's a seizure! Left messages and apparently they have phone problems.

I heard rumors from coworkers that Dr. Cepela was a cat whisperer. They were right. But she is also great with my dog. I don't care to go to a fancy animal clinic which will pretend my pet is a person and charge me as much. I don't care for fancy offices with cute posters and photos and a TV with funny animal videos. I want a clinic where they know me and my pet and care about the health and care of my pet. Most importantly, a doctor who is compassionate and understands what it's like to love a cat or a dog and be responsible for it.

Went to clinic, receptionist was less than pleasant. She was very short and rude and not welcoming at all! I have heard this from other sources as well. The vet was great, but the receptionist needs to be much nicer! We are paying customers!
