Just recently our young pug swallowed a stick and we didn’t realize it until it had gotten extremely serious. We took him to VCA and they took X-rays and recommended exploratory surgery. They found that the stick had perforated his intestines and he had fecal matter in his abdomen. We honestly thought we were going to lose our baby. But after the surgery and a couple nights of hospitalization he is doing so much better! I can’t thank this place enough. Honestly it was the scariest time of my life. My dog is my baby. But VCA really cares about their patients. They treated Archie like family. Like one of their own. They did absolutely everything they could for him and they worked a miracle. Plus they never got annoyed when I called constantly for updates lol. Also to the people who are saying they are out for money, you are completely wrong. Originally they recommended I go to an emergency facility to have the surgery as they would be better equipped for whatever they found in the exploratory but I couldn’t afford it. The surgery at blue pearl would have been 4 to 5 times what VCA charged me! They worked with me on price. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their pet. And I know we will definitely be back.

Very caring staff. Great doctors. They never push anything onto you i.e. teeth cleaning, unwanted vaccinations, tests, etc. I appreciate that. But still always so expensive when I take my two dogs for check ups. Probably is the norm, though, wherever you go.

Amazing staff and convenient location and hours. Sadly, I ended up having to put my kitty down, but everyone there was super friendly and understanding. They even sent it family a condolence card in the mail after. Great office. Only complaint would be that some of the prices aren't terribly competitive, but they are completely up front with the is required and how much you would expect to pay.

Very compassionate, knowledge staff and doctors at VCA, we always took our dog to this vet since he was a puppy, he had recently gotten sick real quick, so we decided to take him to a VCS in Milford just because it was very close to our house, honestly a huge mistake, then we brought him to this vet and let’s just say we should of went here to begin with.

I have been taking my 2 dogs here for years. I love the doctors and the staff. They are always quick to make appointments and always try to find ways to help keep the costs down, like doing x-rays at the same time of the teeth cleaning, etc, so that my older dog doesn't have to be put under twice. I love this clinic.

Go somewhere else, had a surgery planned 30 plus days out, confirmed the appointment the day before. Unable to get surgery because she had water and food within 12 hours. The front desk said we tried to call you but were unable to leave voicemail, I told them I had no missed phone calls and had them call my phone, it rang and went to the voicemail option. The lady at the front desk said "oh I guess she must have misdialed your number, sorry about that." Sorry doesn't change the fact that I had to take time off work, I am active duty military and time is not something I have a lot of to waste. Because of an employees carelessness to contact a customer to notify them, they lost my business completely. I would not recommend this location.

Just recently our young pug swallowed a stick and we didn’t realize it until it had gotten extremely serious. We took him to VCA and they took X-rays and recommended exploratory surgery. They found that the stick had perforated his intestines and he had fecal matter in his abdomen. We honestly thought we were going to lose our baby. Very caring staff. Great doctors. They never push anything onto you i.e. teeth cleaning, unwanted vaccinations, tests, etc. I appreciate that. But still always so expensive when I take my two dogs for check ups. Probably is the norm, though, wherever you go.

I have been taking my 2 dogs here for years. I love the doctors and the staff. They are always quick to make appointments and always try to find ways to help keep the costs down, like doing x-rays at the same time of the teeth cleaning, etc, so that my older dog doesn't have to be put under twice. Go somewhere else, had a surgery planned 30 plus days out, confirmed the appointment the day before. Unable to get surgery because she had water and food within 12 hours. The front desk said we tried to call you but were unable to leave voicemail, I told them I had no missed phone calls and had them call my phone, it rang and went to the voicemail option. The lady at the front desk said "oh I guess she must have misdialed your number, sorry about that."
