Dr. Noelle is wonderful, and the techs and staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We lost one of our cats last year, and they were so kind and compassionate with us. And are just the same with us and our newly adopted cat. And I never feel I am paying for something I don't need or haven't gotten full information about; they're very transparent with options and pricing for everything, with no pressure, just straight information. One of the best vets I've had for a pet. Our cat is always treated well there. The staff is calm and patient, and does their job efficiently, which is important when you have a) little time and/or b) a scared animal. Our cat has been nervous like most pets, but the staff handles her with care and always talks to her calmly. I'll be sad when/if we move further away, because you'd be hard-pressed to find better care for your pet(s).

Finally switched up our vet after we moved and REALLY enjoyed meeting Dr. Noel and her team. I've had two visits, each with different pets and both times they were super friendly, reasonably quick, and the cost didn't strike me as extreme. They were also extra warm to my children which I appreciated. : )

Brought my cat here about a year ago and have been back for check-ups two times since then. Amazing staff, I have asked what I am sure, are many stupid question and they are always patient and friendly with me. Dr. Noel is kind and always respectful. Recently moved to Dearborn Heights but will continue to make the drive here because of how professional and friendly they are. Whatever animals I get in the future I will bring back here. I took my rescued little kitten Cloud here the first time. me, my bf and the kitten were scared and were completely clueless. Dr. Noel saw us without an appointment and addressed all my concerns. She is the best doctor our Cloud could get. She makes sure the pets are taken care of in every aspect both physical and mental. The staff is pretty amazing too. The tech and the receptionist know every patient by name and hence this place has a very personal touch.

They provide us with all the information well. Dr. Noel is never rushed and she takes her time in seeing your pet and in explaining what the issue is. Dr Noel and the rest of the staff are really fantastic. They're very nice, seem to care deeply for our furry family members, and spend a lot of time with their patients. They're a full service animal hospital, so you can get vaccines, checkups, and more routine surgeries done here. The prices here are good compared to the other animal hospitals I've visited in the area. The place is really clean and welcoming. I used to take my dog here for vaccines (he went to live with my gf) and I took my gf's cat here once for an emergency situation, and they fixed her up really well. Notably, when I called, they had no open appointments, but since it was an urgent issue, they told me to bring the cat in anyway and they made time for her. Also, they have a "free vaccines for life" program. I didn't enroll, but, on paper, it looks like a good deal, if you're going to be in the area for awhile.I went here based on other Yelp reviews, and it's been a really nice experience. I definitely recommend. I give 5-stars based on that I have nothing to complain about in my two visits there.

Loved Dr. Noel and Danielle. I put in a request for an appointment, and not only got a call back in less than an hour, but got an appointment for the same day. One thing that impressed me was when I walked into the clinic, and Dr. Noel was sitting behind the front desk on the phone trying to help two women who found a dog. My cat was seriously stressed out at my last vet's, here she was much calmer, and Dr Noel was great at handling her and trying to minimize any stress that she might have. Dr Noel was great in listening to my concerns about my cat's health problems, and she offered different suggestions as to what might be causing them, and some possible solutions.I also have to say their prices are great. The exam was $47, which I've found is about average for the area, but the meds my cat received were half the price of my previous vets. It's also a bonus for me that the office is so close to where I live, the less time my cat spends in her carrier and the car, the less stressed she gets.

I had never been to this clinic as I just moved back to the area. The staff were kind and patient and so very understanding of my grief. Doctor Noel is by far the best veterinarian I've ever worked with. She has been so amazing with my little boy and has made sure that he as healthy and happy as he can be. I have had vaccines that have made my tiny little pup sick, and she has called me back even when she is off the clock to assure me that he will be ok and signs I needed to watch out for. Everyone that works and SAAH is so sweet and friendly. I drive 20 mins to get here, but it is totally worth it knowing that Dr.Noel and her team all truly care about your animal. The best vet we've found so far in the Ypsi/A2 area. Very friendly informative staff who truly care about the animals and their owners! Not only do they have great beside manner, they are also very accommodating when it comes to making an appointment in a timely manner, fitting it into your busy schedule, and making sure your pet is comfortable while he or she is there! Their free vaccination for life program is also a great deal that just can't be beat! The dr's here truly go above and beyond for your pet! They call to give you updates and even just to check up on your critter. You can really tell that they care about the animals they see and really enjoy their jobs, unlike many other vets we've been to! So glad to have finally found a vet that we can trust!

Dr. Noel and Danielle are truly the best, and I will not take my cats anywhere else. I had taken my male cat to a different vet in Ann Arbor with a urination problem. Three weeks later on the medicine, he still had issues. It turns out the other vet had just given him pain medicine--they had not tested him for a UTI even though he had a history of them. Dr. Noel had him properly tested, and fully treated him. After a follow up, she advised that he needed to stay on a prescription diet to keep him from continuing to get them. Even though it costs more than store-bought food, it is worth it to keep my cat well. In addition, my male cat is generally scared of strangers. He instantly warmed up to Dr. Noel. She truly loves all animals--dogs, cats, birds, and more. I feel the Yspilanti-Ann Arbor area is truly blessed to have someone so smart, well-educated and warm-hearted as a vet.I have two other cats--one older, one younger. Whenever I ask questions, she asks thoughtful, clarifying questions and well-educated responses regarding behavior issues and proper health care including dental at different age milestones in animals' lives. The office also has specials such as lifetime vaccines and discounts during annual animal dental health month. In addition, they have info on insurance and Care Credit to make vetrinary services more affordable and encourage preventative care.I will not take my companions anywhere else because I want them around a long time.

I've had several very successful and pleasant trips here with my dog. The staff are very pleasant to deal with and Dr. Noel is fantastic. She takes the time to throughly examine, diagnose, then explain what procedures will happen and why. She also goes through what is highly recommended for immediate attention and what can wait. My dog went in for minor surgery and came home in good shape. The sutures healed fine and as expected. My dog is back to her old self now or even better. They seemed to genuinely care about my dog and my experience with their clinic. I've had decent vets before but this place is clean, bright, seemingly up-to-date on procedures, spacious and new making for the best overall dealings with a vet clinic that I've ever had. Keep up the good work!

Brought my cat here about a year ago and have been back for check-ups two times since then. Amazing staff, I have asked what I am sure, are many stupid question and they are always patient and friendly with me. Dr. Noel is kind and always respectful. Recently moved to Dearborn Heights but will continue to make the drive here because of how professional and friendly they are. Whatever animals I get in the future I will bring back here. Highly recommended!!

The staff here is amazing. They make my beagle Champ feel like he's at home, so much that he LOVES going here. I recommend this place as a vet, even if you have to travel really far.

I took my rescued little kitten Cloud here the first time. me, my bf and the kitten were scared and were completely clueless. Dr. Noel saw us without an appointment and addressed all my concerns. She is the best doctor our Cloud could get. She makes sure the pets are taken care of in every aspect both physical and mental. The staff is pretty amazing too. The tech and the receptionist know every patient by name and hence this place has a very personal touch.

Dr Noel is the BEST! Absolutely Love this clinic!! Dr. Noel and the staff here are very loving. They always take such good care of our labradoodle Dishoom! They provide us with all the information well. Dr. Noel is never rushed and she takes her time in seeing your pet and in explaining what the issue is. The clinic is very clean and filled with a lot of cute animal art :) So glad to have found this place when we moved to AA!

There are absolutely no bad things to say about SAAH. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, and the staff has always have been so helpful and understanding. Dr. Noel and the entire staff are very knowledgeable and caring, they treat all animals as if they were their own. As a new dog mom, I had a lot of questions and concerns, South Arbor Animal Hospital has been truly helpful. Highly recommend!

I've taken my dog in twice when she has needed immediate attention and both times they got me in right away. They were friendly and attentive to my dog's needs. Dr. Noel and her staff are great!

Dr Noel and the rest of the staff are really fantastic. They're very nice, seem to care deeply for our furry family members, and spend a lot of time with their patients. They're a full service animal hospital, so you can get vaccines, checkups, and more routine surgeries done here. The prices here are good compared to the other animal hospitals I've visited in the area. The place is really clean and welcoming. I used to take my dog here for vaccines (he went to live with my gf) and I took my gf's cat here once for an emergency situation, and they fixed her up really well. Notably, when I called, they had no open appointments, but since it was an urgent issue, they told me to bring the cat in anyway and they made time for her. Also, they have a "free vaccines for life" program. I didn't enroll, but, on paper, it looks like a good deal, if you're going to be in the area for awhile.I went here based on other Yelp reviews, and it's been a really nice experience. I definitely recommend. I give 5-stars based on that I have nothing to complain about in my two visits there.

Loved Dr. Noel and Danielle. I put in a request for an appointment, and not only got a call back in less than an hour, but got an appointment for the same day. One thing that impressed me was when I walked into the clinic, and Dr. Noel was sitting behind the front desk on the phone trying to help two women who found a dog. My cat was seriously stressed out at my last vet's, here she was much calmer, and Dr Noel was great at handling her and trying to minimize any stress that she might have. Dr Noel was great in listening to my concerns about my cat's health problems, and she offered different suggestions as to what might be causing them, and some possible solutions.I also have to say their prices are great. The exam was $47, which I've found is about average for the area, but the meds my cat received were half the price of my previous vets. It's also a bonus for me that the office is so close to where I live, the less time my cat spends in her carrier and the car, the less stressed she gets.

Doctor Noel helped me make a heart breaking decision to put my dog to sleep. This dog had been part of my home for many years and it was an unexpected turn I had not expected. I had never been to this clinic as I just moved back to the area. The staff were kind and patient and so very understanding of my grief. I am thankful for this clinic, it's staff and particularly Dr Noel.

Doctor Noel is by far the best veterinarian I've ever worked with. She has been so amazing with my little boy and has made sure that he as healthy and happy as he can be. I have had vaccines that have made my tiny little pup sick, and she has called me back even when she is off the clock to assure me that he will be ok and signs I needed to watch out for. Everyone that works and SAAH is so sweet and friendly. I drive 20 mins to get here, but it is totally worth it knowing that Dr.Noel and her team all truly care about your animal. Thank you so much SAAH!

The best vet we've found so far in the Ypsi/A2 area. Very friendly informative staff who truly care about the animals and their owners! Not only do they have great beside manner, they are also very accommodating when it comes to making an appointment in a timely manner, fitting it into your busy schedule, and making sure your pet is comfortable while he or she is there! Their free vaccination for life program is also a great deal that just can't be beat! The dr's here truly go above and beyond for your pet! They call to give you updates and even just to check up on your critter. You can really tell that they care about the animals they see and really enjoy their jobs, unlike many other vets we've been to! So glad to have finally found a vet that we can trust!

Dr. Noel and Danielle are truly the best, and I will not take my cats anywhere else. I had taken my male cat to a different vet in Ann Arbor with a urination problem. Three weeks later on the medicine, he still had issues. It turns out the other vet had just given him pain medicine--they had not tested him for a UTI even though he had a history of them. Dr. Noel had him properly tested, and fully treated him. After a follow up, she advised that he needed to stay on a prescription diet to keep him from continuing to get them. Even though it costs more than store-bought food, it is worth it to keep my cat well. In addition, my male cat is generally scared of strangers. He instantly warmed up to Dr. Noel. She truly loves all animals--dogs, cats, birds, and more. I feel the Yspilanti-Ann Arbor area is truly blessed to have someone so smart, well-educated and warm-hearted as a vet.I have two other cats--one older, one younger. Whenever I ask questions, she asks thoughtful, clarifying questions and well-educated responses regarding behavior issues and proper health care including dental at different age milestones in animals' lives. The office also has specials such as lifetime vaccines and discounts during annual animal dental health month. In addition, they have info on insurance and Care Credit to make vetrinary services more affordable and encourage preventative care.I will not take my companions anywhere else because I want them around a long time.

I've had several very successful and pleasant trips here with my dog. The staff are very pleasant to deal with and Dr. Noel is fantastic. She takes the time to throughly examine, diagnose, then explain what procedures will happen and why. She also goes through what is highly recommended for immediate attention and what can wait. My dog went in for minor surgery and came home in good shape. The sutures healed fine and as expected. My dog is back to her old self now or even better. They seemed to genuinely care about my dog and my experience with their clinic. I've had decent vets before but this place is clean, bright, seemingly up-to-date on procedures, spacious and new making for the best overall dealings with a vet clinic that I've ever had. Keep up the good work!
