I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Lamberth and the amazing staff at BAPH. What they have done for me and my cat Fred, is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately Fred had to be put to sleep but the care we received during these last 9 weeks was truly amazing. They cared for him and for me every step of the way. We've been taking our pets to Dr. Epping since 2001. When I was young, my parents always took our pets to Dr. Jay's dad, Dr. Norb Epping - he was wonderful and personable. Now as an adult, our family has had lots of pets through the years and I would never trust anyone else with their veterinary care. Dr. Jay has treated us as friends - not just a cash cow (we should own a wing of that hospital with all the pets we've taken to see him). :) When any symptoms one of our pets are having don't point specifically to one illness, he takes the time to ask questions, at length, offers probable causes and testing, but isn't demanding about it. He makes sure they're getting the best possible care but also wants to be sure we are comfortable with his recommendations before he proceeds. He's not a money scammer that some of the people have said in their reviews. Their prices are higher than most veterinarians, but I feel it's worth it. Dr. Jay is stuck with us until he retires! I took my cat Scout to the clinic for an emergency back in March, he had gotten a thread wrapped around his tongue and it was cutting off blood flow to the tip. I was so distraught, and they were able to get me in right away. I saw Dr. Biele, and I am so thankful I did! Not only did she help to get Scout to make a full recovery, but she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I now take Scout here for anything I feel he may need a check up for. Without a doubt the very best vet and staff!!! The way everyone cares about my dogs is so incredibly heart-warming to me and means a lot. They even played ball in the hallway with Tank!!!
