We have been a part of the BCAC family for over 20 years. I truly mean family as they know us by our animals, they treat them and us with love and kindness. When there is treatment needed we are given several options to choose from and the expense is up front and never far from the estimate. We have had five cats and three dogs under their care and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are kind, compassionate, helpful, accommodating and truly loved our furry family members. If you love your animals, BCAC will give them excellent care.

My dog LOVES going to the Buffalo Companion Animal Clinic. She is so excited when we pull into the parking lot and uses all her 6 lbs to pull me to the door. The employees are knowledgable, kind and friendly. She always gets a special treat from the techs and lots of cuddles. I won't take her anywhere else.

With our new crazy hyper puppy, It can be difficult to keep her still while giving her a hair cut and bath. I gave this place 4 stars as they first could not fully give my puppy and bath or haircut and charged me full price. The second time I went they told me that they won't be able to give her a hair cut due to her being too crazy. After some training, my puppy is not 1.5 years old and loves baths and is able to stay still. While hair cuts are still a bit difficult, it has improved. Overall, this place works will all kinds of dogs and does a great job doing hair cuts. Great local groomer and will continue to bring my puppy here.

All of our dogs since we have moved to Buffalo in 2005 have been treated at BCAC. The staff are exceedingly nice and accommodating. We and our pets have received top notch care and advice. We are exceptionally pleased with the Vets and especially Dr Ron Moore who has given our animals great care and helped us deal with two that had Cancer. We value their care and advice.

Great experience all around from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian that did his pre-exam and surgery. Leaving our fur babies in the care of someone else can be stressful but I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in that mine were in good hands. Very thorough and although there were many professional recommendations (such as micro chipping), there was no pressure to have it done. After surgery their main concern was keeping my fur baby happy and pain-free. Would definitely bring my pets back if/when need be without hesitation.

I have always chosen this animal clinic. The staff are so greeting genuinely friendly and you can tell that they actually care about your pets needs and well being. They do not break your bank and they do not do unnecessary testing. They get the job done, and they do it correctly. I highly recommend and I would not take my pets anywhere else unless it were an emergency and the clinic was closed or too far.

We have been taking our dogs here for about a year and a half. Everyone on staff is so friendly and caring. They obviously love what they do. We have never been pressured into any treatments or procedures even when we had a very sick dog. They understood our limitations and were all very compassionate. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are extremely flexible in their scheduling. Their hours are great and so is their staff.

I love that the staff is always warm and welcoming! As well, I appreciate that our appointments are always on time. There is definitely a bend towards making the experience a positive one for our dogs, and that is priceless.
I would also like to say that I am so appreciative of the time that Dr. Erlandson spends addressing my questions concerning our dogs (especially concerning titer results) - I feel like we are part of a team, both with the best interest of the dogs in mind.

With our new crazy hyper puppy, It can be difficult to keep her still while giving her a hair cut and bath. I gave this place 4 stars as they first could not fully give my puppy and bath or haircut and charged me full price. The second time I went they told me that they won't be able to give her a hair cut due to her being too crazy. Great experience all around from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian that did his pre-exam and surgery. Leaving our fur babies in the care of someone else can be stressful but I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in that mine were in good hands. I have always chosen this animal clinic. The staff are so greeting genuinely friendly and you can tell that they actually care about your pets needs and well being. We have been taking our dogs here for about a year and a half. Everyone on staff is so friendly and caring. They obviously love what they do. We have never been pressured into any treatments or procedures even when we had a very sick dog. They understood our limitations and were all very compassionate. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are extremely flexible in their scheduling. Their hours are great and so is their staff.
