The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, and the service is always personalized. As soon as I say our pet's name, they remember who I am and have an incredible amount of helpful knowledge and advise, no matter what we're calling for! Stay away from these incompetent vets. Not only did they not give my dog bordetella i.e kennel cough, they missed the lyme vaccination. Now my dog has Lymes disease because they couldnt be thorough in their exam. When I pay a high price for vet services, I expect quality. Not here. In 30 years of dog ownership i have never had a vet not be diligent in giving all vaccines.. I have a hunting dog, he runs through the grass, plays outside, goes to dog parks etc and you would think a competent vet would understand that some dogs spend most of their time running in the outdoors. What else have they missed that people that have gone there dont even know about. If you want competent care, run away from this group. They cant even properly handle basic vaccines. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I called to see how much the grooming services were for my THIRTEEN YEAR OLD American pit bull terrier, and was told Marlene the groomer doesn't DO pit bulls. I asked why and she said, "because I just don't. How do I do this nicely, I've had bad experiences"  Lady that's all good and fine, but you can't blanket judge the entire breed. I've had my dog for 12 years, and he has never hurt anybody ever. We have taken him to other grooming  places. (Who are unfortunately no longer in business, otherwise I would have just brought him there) and he's never been anything but sweet. Maybe you should check your demeanor with the dogs before you go judging them. They will never get my business or any of my friends or families business. Read Less

Stella is my first dog so I have absolutely NO experience but Dr Skilling & his staff are very helpful.  When my dog is experiencing any problems, I usually call first to see if I need to bring her in but more often than not, they give me advice over the phone.  Thank you! Read Less
