Dr. Landskov was amazing, pluss the whole staff. My 3 year old dog is named Whiskey, and they saved her life.
Whiskey developed a uterus stump infection, basically when the animal shelter where we adopted her spayed her didn't remove all of her uterus. She developed a huge infection. I thought it it was a urinary infection, but her health really diminished after a couple of days in noticing issues.
Dr Landsskov quickly recognized she was in trouble and did x-rays to rule out blockage. She also recognized financial concerns I had and was transparent about each step and risks with each decision. In the end my dog needed exploitative surgery to diagnose and fix the issue. For this type of surgery I would need to tranfer Whiskey somewhere else on a Friday afternoon late. Whiskey would not have lived through the night.
Dr. Landskov gave me another option that allowed Whiskey to get surgery right away and controlled costs. Dr. Landskov talked with her colleagues and they opted to stay late and do the surgery immediately.
They saved Whiskey's life. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They really helped me manage the financials, and saved me a lot from transferring Whiskey to another location. Whiskey would have died.
I truly believe the care for Whiskey was first priority, and they sacrificed to save her. Whiskey is all I have and a center point of happiness in my life. It would have me crushed if she died. The great staff at Burnsville Animal Hospital recognized this and kept her in my life. She wasn't treated as another number, or insignificant animal. She was treated as my best friend.
Whiskey is doing good, and I would recommend anyone to trust Dr. Landskov and everyone there.

We have had animals for 15 years. They have always taken very good care of our 2 dogs and one hamster. The front desk area is always neat and clean. They usually have 2 cats that hang around the front entrance. The cat named Duncan is very friendly and will come up to you if all is quiet around you. Shelly, a receptionist, who has been there a long time always has a smile. They occasionally recommend too many services, but they really do care about your pet!!!

We've been taking our cats there for years and have always been pleased with the service. Friendly, professional, and honest. When my last cat was very ill and clearly dying, the vet took the time to carefully go through all of our options including costs and never placed judgement on our decision. When we asked them to come to our home to euthanize him, it was a sad, but stress-free experience for the whole family.

Waited for 50 minutes b4 Vet came in to see our pet, when she came in our "otherwise friendly to strangers"dog wanted nothing to do with her. This is after having 2 vet techs in & were greeted friendly by our pet. Rcvd a RX but wasn't given enough pills to dose our pet accordingly, when I informed them of their error was told I'd hear back from them in a day or two. Never heard from them back, decided plenty of other vets around, will take our business elsewhere.

They listened thoroughly to my concerns, didn't dismiss me, checked every possible ailment he could have, and provided me with numerous options. This vet office sucks the big D. Brought my puppy here because he was having a hard time breathing. They kept insisting it was allergies but I knew better. The first visit was okay I suppose. Dr. Kruze prescribed allergy meds and said if he isn't doing better he would check out my puppy with a follow up visit for free. During the second visit he tried telling me the exact same thing as he said the first visit except to try a different medication for allergies but wanted to charge me full price for the visit. So I brought my pup to a different vet and they diagnosed an infected tooth causing a sinus infection. Could have killed my dog at this burnsville vet because the medication the prescribed actually caused bacteria to develop more quickly then if he hadn't been on the medicine. Switched vets and my pup is back to full health after some dental work. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.

From the minute I walked in the door everyone was kind, caring and they really DO want to help! We were taken immediately into an exam room and the Vet assistant went through all of my concerns and issues, did a brief but thorough exam of (dog in my case) and then waited for the Vet. (The wait time was not long at all.)
The Vet did a thorough exam and discussed health problems, treatments and options. I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands and in the care of professionals
This was my first visit to BPAH, but I assure you it will not be my last. Very impressed!

I moved to the area a few months ago and posted online looking for a good vet. The response was overwhelmingly good about this place. I've taken my cat in twice and both times I have felt SO comfortable with the information they give me. On Friday around 1pm I called after noticing some blood in my cats urine and I had a short window for when I could bring her in. they worked to fit her in and even offered to take her overnight to make it work. My cat is not fond of other people so they have to sedate her for any procedure. Not only did they take great care of her, but they went above and beyond to groom her a bit while she was sedated! I was so surprised when I got her home and her "fall mats" and tangles were gone!! Thank you so much for taking care of my Nikedah like she is your own!

I moved here from Kansas 4yrs. ago and never thought that I could find a vet clinic as good as the one I had but low and behold by trial and investigation I researched all the places around a 5miles area and was lucky enough to discover Burnsville Parkway Animal hospital. They are caring beyond words and treat the "parents" as well as your pet. I appreciate the time they take and the Drs. are all amazing. We have been going to Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital since our now eight-year-old dog was a puppy. Have never received anything but the very best service. The entire staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in pet care. Dr. Kruse and his staff have a real love and passion for their jobs which shines through in each and every experience we have had over the years. I chose this Vet for their $1 new patient special, and I walked away happy with my choice. Everyone there was super friendly. I was watching my 8-month old niece and had a 2 month old puppy in the room, and the attendant checked in on me a few times to see if I needed help with both of them. They also explained everything I was asking about and gave me a great estimate for a future service with a range of choices to add or stay at the lowest price.
Wonderful people and service -we will be going back here for all our Veterinary Services!

We have been using Burnsville Parkway animal hospital for several years now. We had an 8yo schnoodle with behavioral issues when we started with Dr Kruse and his clinic. We got great advice from them, and they were truly kind when she had to be put down a year later. We have since purchased a labradoodle puppy, and have had six or seven visits to the clinic. Great staff and a very friendly atmosphere. They also have a very reasonably priced groomer affiliated with the clinic, who did a great job with our dog this winter. We definitely plan to stick with this clinic.

I have been using this clinic for the past 15 years for our pets and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The knowledge, skill, kindness and helpfulness shown by every person that works there is exceptional. We have had some complex issues over the years and each was met with a thorough explanation of treatment options and very satisfactory results whether treatment was medical or surgical. My already high opinion of this clinic was raised beyond anything I could imagine recently when our dog accidentally died. The helpfulness of everyone, kindness, and compassion made it as easy as such a thing could be. I received a sympathy card individually signed by the staff. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from the U of M College of Veterinary Medicine stating that a donation had been made by Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital in my dog's name. Exceptional compassion.

When you come out of an EXAM ROOM there is a wall of FAME which lists several diplomas, degrees, license, etc. I would like to see certificates not for the owner but for the vet who is caring for my animal.

We've been taking our cats there for years and have always been pleased with the service. Friendly, professional, and honest. When my last cat was very ill and clearly dying, the vet took the time to carefully go through all of our options including costs and never placed judgement on our decision. When we asked them to come to our home to euthanize him, it was a sad, but stress-free experience for the whole family.

Failed miserably, went there bcuz of other reviews but didn't meet the expectations. Waited for 50 minutes b4 Vet came in to see our pet, when she came in our "otherwise friendly to strangers"dog wanted nothing to do with her. This is after having 2 vet techs in & were greeted friendly by our pet. Rcvd a RX but wasn't given enough pills to dose our pet accordingly, when I informed them of their error was told I'd hear back from them in a day or two. Never heard from them back, decided plenty of other vets around, will take our business elsewhere.

They listened thoroughly to my concerns, didn't dismiss me, checked every possible ailment he could have, and provided me with numerous options. I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them!

This vet office sucks the big D. Brought my puppy here because he was having a hard time breathing. They kept insisting it was allergies but I knew better. The first visit was okay I suppose. Dr. Kruze prescribed allergy meds and said if he isn't doing better he would check out my puppy with a follow up visit for free. During the second visit he tried telling me the exact same thing as he said the first visit except to try a different medication for allergies but wanted to charge me full price for the visit. So I brought my pup to a different vet and they diagnosed an infected tooth causing a sinus infection. Could have killed my dog at this burnsville vet because the medication the prescribed actually caused bacteria to develop more quickly then if he hadn't been on the medicine. Switched vets and my pup is back to full health after some dental work. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything.

From the minute I walked in the door everyone was kind, caring and they really DO want to help! We were taken immediately into an exam room and the Vet assistant went through all of my concerns and issues, did a brief but thorough exam of (dog in my case) and then waited for the Vet. (The wait time was not long at all.)
The Vet did a thorough exam and discussed health problems, treatments and options. I felt at ease knowing she was in good hands and in the care of professionals
This was my first visit to BPAH, but I assure you it will not be my last. Very impressed!

All the staff are great. My cat was diagnosed with feline leukemia and the staff called daily to check-up on her. I ended up having to put her down and they made it so much easier for me. Thank you!

I moved to the area a few months ago and posted online looking for a good vet. The response was overwhelmingly good about this place. I've taken my cat in twice and both times I have felt SO comfortable with the information they give me. On Friday around 1pm I called after noticing some blood in my cats urine and I had a short window for when I could bring her in. they worked to fit her in and even offered to take her overnight to make it work. My cat is not fond of other people so they have to sedate her for any procedure. Not only did they take great care of her, but they went above and beyond to groom her a bit while she was sedated! I was so surprised when I got her home and her "fall mats" and tangles were gone!! Thank you so much for taking care of my Nikedah like she is your own!

I moved here from Kansas 4yrs. ago and never thought that I could find a vet clinic as good as the one I had but low and behold by trial and investigation I researched all the places around a 5miles area and was lucky enough to discover Burnsville Parkway Animal hospital. They are caring beyond words and treat the "parents" as well as your pet. I appreciate the time they take and the Drs. are all amazing. We have been going to Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital since our now eight-year-old dog was a puppy. Have never received anything but the very best service. The entire staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in pet care. Dr. Kruse and his staff have a real love and passion for their jobs which shines through in each and every experience we have had over the years. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone.

I chose this Vet for their $1 new patient special, and I walked away happy with my choice. Everyone there was super friendly. I was watching my 8-month old niece and had a 2 month old puppy in the room, and the attendant checked in on me a few times to see if I needed help with both of them. They also explained everything I was asking about and gave me a great estimate for a future service with a range of choices to add or stay at the lowest price.
Wonderful people and service -we will be going back here for all our Veterinary Services!

We have been using Burnsville Parkway animal hospital for several years now. We had an 8yo schnoodle with behavioral issues when we started with Dr Kruse and his clinic. We got great advice from them, and they were truly kind when she had to be put down a year later. We have since purchased a labradoodle puppy, and have had six or seven visits to the clinic. Great staff and a very friendly atmosphere. They also have a very reasonably priced groomer affiliated with the clinic, who did a great job with our dog this winter. We definitely plan to stick with this clinic.

I have been using this clinic for the past 15 years for our pets and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The knowledge, skill, kindness and helpfulness shown by every person that works there is exceptional. We have had some complex issues over the years and each was met with a thorough explanation of treatment options and very satisfactory results whether treatment was medical or surgical. My already high opinion of this clinic was raised beyond anything I could imagine recently when our dog accidentally died. The helpfulness of everyone, kindness, and compassion made it as easy as such a thing could be. I received a sympathy card individually signed by the staff. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from the U of M College of Veterinary Medicine stating that a donation had been made by Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital in my dog's name. Exceptional compassion.
