The tech/receptionists try hard to give me the appointment time, day and doctor I request which is very much appreciated. If I want to speak to my cat's veterinarian or leave a message for her the woman on the phone always helps me. Sometimes pet owners freak out because of concern, fear, etc regarding the pets condition and the staff knows this and handles the situation appropriately. I have nothing but Good Things to say about Crossroads Animal Hospital. Even though I moved further away I will continue to take my cats to see Dr. Julie M. at Crossroads. There is no one who is as good as her. Read Less

Above and beyond. Amazing staff. Top notch. I started looking for the best I could without going to the UofM, and ended up here. Was not disappointed.

I have been bringing my cats here for about six years. One of them seems to have a new health problem every other year or so. I've only had good experiences with the staff at Crossroads!

Slow to get an appointment, no real explanation during visit, and then slow to get results back from tests. Last few years I have not been impressed.
