I had a dying guinea ooh this morning and they opened 15 minutes early to help me a sobbing 16 year old girl after I had been turned down by many other veterinarian offices. Even though my guinea pig ended up passing they did everything they could to help comfort me and made me clays of his paw prints and put his remains in a velvet bag with the words “until I see you again at the rainbow bridge.” This was the best vet experience I have ever had, thank you for helping me when I was in need.

This is my new veterinarian for my bird. I like how the head vet answered my questions. I was given a tour and the hospital has everything in it for all animal's.

The staff and veterinarians are excellent! I see Doctor Larry. Honest, kind, and understanding individual. The prices do seem to be a little more expensive than most vets but are fairly competitive. I really appreciate the care and understanding of all the staff members!
Their grooming services are fantastic as well! The lady whom currently does it (who's name escapes me at the moment) is so sweet and kind and does an excellent job as well on my senior dog.

I don't write reviews often but really needed to for this. I brought my dwarf hamster here because he got really really skinny. The vet Dr. Larry was very nice and friendly. You can tell he does what he does because he cares. It turns out my hamster has liver cancer and I decided to put him down so he won't be in pain. They offered to do a molding of his feet at no cost, which was amazing. Now I have a small keepsake of him.
A week later I got a sympathy card in the mail signed by Dr. Larry and the team at the hospital. I thought it's so sweet they took the time to do this for my hamster. It was very kind and unexpected in the best way. If you guys are reading this, thank you for all your help and for the card, I really really appreciate it.

IF YOU HAVE EXOTIC PETS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I brought my 2 year old bearded dragon in about 7 days ago with what i thought was a respitory infection. They told me it was perfectly normal behavior and that everything looked fine and he was healthy spent 160 dollars and they sent me on my way. 4 days later i was at como park ER with my little guy because he kept getting sicker and sicker. Como park said he definitely had a respitory infection and needed treatment right away. IF YOU HAVE EXOTIC PETS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. Now my poor beardies life is in danger and i am not sure if he is going to make it through this. If they would have taken more time too look at my sick beard instead of "PASSING HIM AROUND IN THE BACK" (the vet told me she was passing him around to everyone in the back and that he was fine) he may have better odds. Never been so disapointed in a vet clinic.

I took my very sick chameleon here. The vets took a look at him and said he had a birth defect, maybe kidney failure. They took him overnight, and cared for him excellently, (the vet even took him home to his house) but unfortunately he died. They felt really bad as if he was their own pet and they even wrote a card to me with 10 people's signatures and the main vet that took care of him wrote a note. This place is awesome, I'm going there for all of my exotic pets that I get in the future. Thank you Valley View Pet Hospital!

They've, also, rescued a few animals that they keep at the vet in the waiting area!

I'm so happy to have found a wonderful exotics vet. As a vet tech myself, I'm super picky about who takes care of my babies. When my bearded dragon hurt himself and needed to be seen, I had to find a vet for exotic pets. Valley View took great care of him. They were reassuring and helpful to this panicked first-time beardie mom!

First visit was amazing. I'm making this my primary vet :) Dr. Larry is a fun guy and genuinely does his thing with great knowledge.

Good to know my little girl is a happy turtle and if she ever needs it, he can do shell surgery. Hope that's never needed but it sounds really cool that he can do that!!

I tried a different exotic animal vet before finding Valley View and I was very disappointed. I am so glad I found Valley View- they are extremely knowledgeable about exotics and never make me feel like they are rushing me out when I have questions/concerns. They are also cognizant of the costs associated with caring for an exotic pet and try to work with your budget. I love this vet so much that I am willing to drive the 40 minutes across the cities to get there- they are worth it!

Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of Yoshi. He is doing great now 2 days after his surgery and Humphrey our hedgehog is happy to see him home

I had a dying guinea ooh this morning and they opened 15 minutes early to help me a sobbing 16 year old girl after I had been turned down by many other veterinarian offices. Even though my guinea pig ended up passing they did everything they could to help comfort me and made me clays of his paw prints and put his remains in a velvet bag with the words “until I see you again at the rainbow bridge.” This was the best vet experience I have ever had, thank you for helping me when I was in need.

I don't write reviews often but really needed to for this. I brought my dwarf hamster here because he got really really skinny. The vet Dr. Larry was very nice and friendly. You can tell he does what he does because he cares. It turns out my hamster has liver cancer and I decided to put him down so he won't be in pain. They offered to do a molding of his feet at no cost, which was amazing. Now I have a small keepsake of him.

I took my very sick chameleon here. The vets took a look at him and said he had a birth defect, maybe kidney failure. They took him overnight, and cared for him excellently, (the vet even took him home to his house) but unfortunately he died. They felt really bad as if he was their own pet and they even wrote a card to me with 10 people's signatures and the main vet that took care of him wrote a note. This place is awesome, I'm going there for all of my exotic pets that I get in the future. Thank you Valley View Pet Hospital!

I'm so happy to have found a wonderful exotics vet. As a vet tech myself, I'm super picky about who takes care of my babies. When my bearded dragon hurt himself and needed to be seen, I had to find a vet for exotic pets. Valley View took great care of him. They were reassuring and helpful to this panicked first-time beardie mom!
