Glad i found this vet. Very convenient location for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with my cat. They really seem to care a lot. I cant really speak on pricing but its more than fair in my mind. I haven't really shopped around but its hard to justify when i like the people and service. They always seem to have convenient appointment times for me as well. I'd recommend them as a place to bring your kitty.

It has been almost two years since we began taking our Wheaten Terrier to Elm Creek! A very dear friend recommended Elm Creek Animal Hospital and we are so thankful she did! The staff is incredible and so knowledgeable. It had been 12 years since we had a puppy and the staff at Elm Creek answered every question and there were many! Even phone calls are handled with the greatest care. We regularly see Dr. Blum but I believe any pet would be well taken care of by any of Veterinarians at Elm Creek. My family highly recommends them. We couldn’t be happier and so is our much loved dog❣️

First time to visit Elm Creek, and my Rudi was so comfortable. Dr. Duke was so gentle with him. Rudi is usually very skidding, but Dr.Duke was calming and talking to him while doing the exam. This is the first time any vet has been so caring and gentle with my bun. Definitely making Elm Creek our permanent place to get our fur babies checked out and cared for. We have been going to Elm Creek for over 5 years, and others in our extended family even longer. Dr. Reierson has been at Elm Creek for 40 years and I can't say enough good about him. He and the staff and other vets are compassionate experts in their field. Solid-reputation veterinary clinics can be more expensive than the Banfields types, but this one is worth every penny; you get what you pay for! We spent several weeks treating our Sheltie girl for bladder cancer there. We knew from the outset that her particular location of cancer was very hard to treat, but Dr. Reierson worked with us every step of the way, responding to all sorts of crazy questions and budgetary constraints. In the end, we had many more pain-free and loving months with our pet, and when the time came to put her to sleep, Dr. Reierson was there for us then, too.

My youngest daughter and I were at this pet hospital on Saturday 2/18/17, to have our family dog Blossom euthanized. We had decided and made the decision some time ago because of health issues and age. We loved our dog and this was very hard for the family to make this choice. We were initially told that there would be a $95 fee for an exam and the procedure. We were on stand by waiting for the vet. That was ok. The vet examed Blossom and we conversed about her health and our decision. The vet walked out the room for a moment and then came back to say that she could not do the procedure. She suggested that we should look to other options and gave us a pamplet of a place that would take Blossom. My daughter and I were already devastated and the vets action or inaction compounded our emotions. I was, as well as my daughter were so upset, we could not find the words to express our anger. This vet would not honor our wishes for our dog. I will not being going to this pet hospital ever again or giving any recommendations ever. BTW, out $95 for nothing!

I called to bring my dog in for an emergency visit because our regular vet didn't have any openings. Since they had an open time slot, I was charged for a regular office visit instead of an emergency fee. I wish I had known about Elm Creek Animal Hospital sooner, we liked them better than our regular vet. The Dr. explained everything thoroughly and was very kind and compassionate, and charges were thoroughly explained beforehand. The following day we received a follow up phone call letting us know to feel free to contact them if they could be of further service. Sadly our 14 year old Alaskan mix had to be put down shortly after, but had she lived we would definitely have made Elm Creek our permanent veterinary hospital.

We have been extremely happy with Elm Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Blum is fabulous-- very good with people and animals, makes us feel comfortable, and does an excellent job at educating us. She's very effective at asking the right questions to figure out how she can best meet our needs as new dog owners. The techs have all been pleasant and helpful as well! I really appreciate the attention to detail around the animal hospital such as a mini fridge with complimentary bottles of water, candy bowls, and toys for the children that come along for their pets' appointments. Recommending this clinic and Dr. Blum to all pet owners!

Had my dog, Winston, in for teeth cleaning and one double root extraction and also 2 cysts removed. I'm not happy that they were not up front about the prices of the dressing changes. Cysts on tail I was told to come back 3-4 days after surgery. Apparently that one was free. Then told to come back in 3-4 more days for dressing change. Good grief! Leave bandage on till suture removal! But, paid about $25 for a minimal dressing change because I helped. Then told to come in for suture removal in 3-4 days. Still needed a dressing on for sure-- red thick blood on one wound. In the end I refused a 2x2 gauze paid even though it need one. She couldn't even tape it in with a piece of tape-guess they don't do anything without charging. And I was not going to pay. The Elm Creek Veterinary place shout have been up front about the charges!!

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. They treat exotic pets and were a godsend when my beard dragon stored eating and when my dad hamster had a stroke. The staff really cares about the animals, and they recognize me and ask how my other pets are by name. The waiting room is even separated into a dog side and a carry side with a door in between so your animals stay comfortable and safe while waiting.

Everyone at the clinic is kind, caring and professional. They take the time to explain things in as much detail as you want and help make the difficult decisions throughout your pet's life.

The two vets I've seen there have been very sweet with my cat and took the time to explain his medical issues and potential courses of action to me thoroughly. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment with them. The reason I rated this place 3/5 is because the pricing is exorbitant! I know vet visits are not cheap, but they charge a lot more than any other place I've ever been to. For example, they charged me $70 to administer a bag of IV fluids that I brought in with us from the emergency vet we'd seen the night before. $70 to just administer fluids is ridiculous! They also charge separate fees to perform a test and then to read the results of the test. To me, that's just unethical. :/

First time to visit Elm Creek, and my Rudi was so comfortable. Dr. Duke was so gentle with him. Rudi is usually very skidding, but Dr.Duke was calming and talking to him while doing the exam. This is the first time any vet has been so caring and gentle with my bun. Definitely making Elm Creek our permanent place to get our fur babies checked out and cared for. We have been going to Elm Creek for over 5 years, and others in our extended family even longer. Dr. Reierson has been at Elm Creek for 40 years and I can't say enough good about him. He and the staff and other vets are compassionate experts in their field. Solid-reputation veterinary clinics can be more expensive than the Banfields types, but this one is worth every penny; you get what you pay for! We spent several weeks treating our Sheltie girl for bladder cancer there. We knew from the outset that her particular location of cancer was very hard to treat, but Dr. Reierson worked with us every step of the way, responding to all sorts of crazy questions and budgetary constraints. In the end, we had many more pain-free and loving months with our pet, and when the time came to put her to sleep, Dr. Reierson was there for us then, too.

My youngest daughter and I were at this pet hospital on Saturday 2/18/17, to have our family dog Blossom euthanized. We had decided and made the decision some time ago because of health issues and age. We loved our dog and this was very hard for the family to make this choice. We were initially told that there would be a $95 fee for an exam and the procedure. We were on stand by waiting for the vet. That was ok. The vet examed Blossom and we conversed about her health and our decision. The vet walked out the room for a moment and then came back to say that she could not do the procedure. She suggested that we should look to other options and gave us a pamplet of a place that would take Blossom. My daughter and I were already devastated and the vets action or inaction compounded our emotions. I was, as well as my daughter were so upset, we could not find the words to express our anger. This vet would not honor our wishes for our dog. I will not being going to this pet hospital ever again or giving any recommendations ever. BTW, out $95 for nothing!

I called to bring my dog in for an emergency visit because our regular vet didn't have any openings. Since they had an open time slot, I was charged for a regular office visit instead of an emergency fee. I wish I had known about Elm Creek Animal Hospital sooner, we liked them better than our regular vet. The Dr. explained everything thoroughly and was very kind and compassionate, and charges were thoroughly explained beforehand. The following day we received a follow up phone call letting us know to feel free to contact them if they could be of further service. Sadly our 14 year old Alaskan mix had to be put down shortly after, but had she lived we would definitely have made Elm Creek our permanent veterinary hospital.

We have been extremely happy with Elm Creek Animal Hospital. Dr. Blum is fabulous-- very good with people and animals, makes us feel comfortable, and does an excellent job at educating us. She's very effective at asking the right questions to figure out how she can best meet our needs as new dog owners. The techs have all been pleasant and helpful as well! I really appreciate the attention to detail around the animal hospital such as a mini fridge with complimentary bottles of water, candy bowls, and toys for the children that come along for their pets' appointments. Recommending this clinic and Dr. Blum to all pet owners!

Had my dog, Winston, in for teeth cleaning and one double root extraction and also 2 cysts removed. I'm not happy that they were not up front about the prices of the dressing changes. Cysts on tail I was told to come back 3-4 days after surgery. Apparently that one was free. Then told to come back in 3-4 more days for dressing change. Good grief! Leave bandage on till suture removal! But, paid about $25 for a minimal dressing change because I helped. Then told to come in for suture removal in 3-4 days. Still needed a dressing on for sure-- red thick blood on one wound. In the end I refused a 2x2 gauze paid even though it need one. She couldn't even tape it in with a piece of tape-guess they don't do anything without charging. And I was not going to pay. The Elm Creek Veterinary place shout have been up front about the charges!!

The staff really cares about the animals, and they recognize me and ask how my other pets are by name. The waiting room is even separated into a dog side and a carry side with a door in between so your animals stay comfortable and safe while waiting.

Everyone at the clinic is kind, caring and professional. They take the time to explain things in as much detail as you want and help make the difficult decisions throughout your pet's life.

The two vets I've seen there have been very sweet with my cat and took the time to explain his medical issues and potential courses of action to me thoroughly. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment with them. The reason I rated this place 3/5 is because the pricing is exorbitant! I know vet visits are not cheap, but they charge a lot more than any other place I've ever been to. For example, they charged me $70 to administer a bag of IV fluids that I brought in with us from the emergency vet we'd seen the night before. $70 to just administer fluids is ridiculous! They also charge separate fees to perform a test and then to read the results of the test. To me, that's just unethical. :/
