My current vet is booked for the next 4 months, I used Chaska Valley a yr ago when I first moved to the area but decided I was happier with my previous vet. I called Chaska Valley because my dogs paw has an infection, once they realized I had seen someone else since his last visit they told me he could not be seen since hes not a current client even though they had openings and booked me for a time slot!! I asked when he could be seen as a new client and she refused to give me a date....super unprofessional and RUDE AF

We brought in our two senior dogs for their yearly check up and Heartworm test. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and ready and able to answer all of our questions. Doc Jody took the time to answer all of our questions and listen to our concerns about both of our senior dogs. She is extremely knowledgeable of treatments and procedures and I trust her completely. This is the clinic you want to bring your animals to if you want them to receive the best care. The prices are mid range but the service and the care is top notch. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality and caring place to bring your animals.

We have been to them for routine checkups for our two dogs and they do a wonderful job with that. Since we have started to see them we have had two different scenarios where we needed to get in to have something looked at that went beyond the routine checkup. Both times there was no availability. First time ended up being a situation that turned out to be a trip to the emergency vet. Emergency vet was wonderful and we appreciated all their help. Second time was recently and they couldn’t make time for us until a week out and their recommendation was once again the emergency vet. This is my first experience with a vet that doesn’t have time for your pet when they are sick. I understand not being able to get in that day but having to wait a week is not something I look for in a vet nor does every scenario call for a trip to the emergency vet. Fortunately I called around and am able to get him in Monday somewhere else. Fingers crossed all goes well for my dog and we can get him back to his normal self soon!

Recently chose Chaska Valley Vet for our two boys. How welcoming they were to all of us! Very comfortable in waiting area or exam rooms. And then our oldest boy, had a serious health issue. The gentle, kind care and thoughtfulness every staff person showed us, helped so much. They recommended more extensive diagnosis at Pet Hospital. He was put down later that day... Chaska Valley Vet called it correctly and handled us all with great care. Enter new puppy about a week later!! We couldn’t wait to get him started at an amazing Vet care facility! They took excellent care of the puppy, and we look forward to visits at ChaskaValley Vet! Thank you for loving and caring for our furry boys!

I have a 6 year old English Bulldog named Boston and he started bleeding from his penis. This morning I was calling everywhere to get him in today. Chaska Valley Vet Clinic was able to get my baby in at 10:30am. After checking him over and perscribing antibiotics I am happy to say Boston has not been bleeding anymore and is already doing much better. I’m SO Thankful they were able to help my little buddy. They were very friendly and great with us even when he bled on the lobby floor they came right out and mopped it up and got us in a room and we were seen in a timely fashion. Very nice to know we have a great local vet that genuinely
Cares about animals. I will recommend them to everyone. I’m Forever Grateful for helping us out today! Great team!

I've had many pets in my life and have been to a lot of different vet clinics around the country. When I moved to the area and was looking for a new vet, a friend who takes her dog to Chaska Valley Vet Clinic. Easily, one of the best decisions I've ever made! Chaska Valley Vet Clinic has far exceeded my expectations in all realms of the services they provide. First and foremost, they care about the animals and it shows! They are loving and kind and gentle with my dog (who isn't afraid of the vet and actually loves the attention she gets from staff!). The vets themselves are wonderful; I've never had a better experience than at Chaska Valley Vet Clinic! My dog has a chronic autoimmune disorder that was difficult to diagnose and requires constant care. The entire staff at Chaska Valley Vet Clinic has gone above and beyond in their commitment to finding treatment & food options for my dog and have gone out of their way to be supportive toward me which means so much! While my dog's chronic condition can be stressful for me, every visit to the vet is a positive experience because of the way my dog and I are treated from the minute we walk in the door.

I brought both my dogs here while I was home visiting my mom.
My first visit was because my pup had pustules and I needed a refill. I called them to see if I could get a refill if my vet in Georgia faxed in a prescription. They informed me of the price, got all my info and said they could call me when it was ready. Hours later I got a call from them informing me that my vet did not fax it in yet. I called my vet and they said they sent it, overall it was a back and forth game but I finally got my prescription. I was impressed that even though my pup was not a regular patient at this clinic; they reached out to me to let me know they had not gotten the prescription.
During my second visit, I brought my dogs in because one of them had worms in their stool. The technician and the vet were so helpful and friendly. They each took their time asking me questions, looking at my dogs and asked me questions about life. They were genuinely concerned about my dogs and interested in me. This was impressive because not only did they care about the health of my dogs but they wanted to get to know me as an individual. The entire staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful. From the lady I spoke with about the prescription to the lady that checked me out.
The prices here for the prescription and both dogs being seen was reasonable. I was expecting it to be much higher.
I would highly recommend this clinic. If I have any problems again with my dogs when I'm home in MN, this is where I would bring them.
**FYI, there business cards are also discount cards. You can get $20 off your first visit if you give it to them, they are by the registers. I didn't notice this until later after my first visit.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were referred to Chaska Valley Vet from a breeder who was very particular of the way she wanted us to take care of our Golden, Bailey. We have been going in for general stuff, vaccinations routine exams etc. for over 8 years. Always friendly, informative and they LOVE animals and my Bailey. Costs are very reasonable. Bailey needs only to hear the words €want to go to the vet?€ and her ears pop up and tail wags and runs straight to the door wagging her tail and panting with excitement. Almost too much excitement, it usually takes two staff to hold her to get her shots she is that excited to be there.

I started taking my pets to see Dr. Gieske 20 years ago all the way out in Young America so we were ecstatic when she opened Chaska Valley Vet. It is close by and the new clinic was tailor made for animals. The kindness and compassion they have for animals is unsurpassed. I know my pets will get individualized care and attention there. They keep up on the latest veterinary care, procedures, and animal nutrition. All of my pets have lived long healthy lives and I know in large part is due to the clinic's care and guidance. I will always be grateful for the calm, caring support they demonstrated as they assisted us in saying good-bye to two of our pets as they reached the end of their lives from old age. Thank you Chaska Valley Vet for being there for us throughout our pets' lives.

We brought in our two senior dogs for their yearly check up and Heartworm test. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and ready and able to answer all of our questions. Doc Jody took the time to answer all of our questions and listen to our concerns about both of our senior dogs. She is extremely knowledgeable of treatments and procedures and I trust her completely. This is the clinic you want to bring your animals to if you want them to receive the best care. The prices are mid range but the service and the care is top notch. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality and caring place to bring your animals.

We have been to them for routine checkups for our two dogs and they do a wonderful job with that. Since we have started to see them we have had two different scenarios where we needed to get in to have something looked at that went beyond the routine checkup. Both times there was no availability. First time ended up being a situation that turned out to be a trip to the emergency vet. Emergency vet was wonderful and we appreciated all their help. Second time was recently and they couldn’t make time for us until a week out and their recommendation was once again the emergency vet. This is my first experience with a vet that doesn’t have time for your pet when they are sick. I understand not being able to get in that day but having to wait a week is not something I look for in a vet nor does every scenario call for a trip to the emergency vet. Fortunately I called around and am able to get him in Monday somewhere else. Fingers crossed all goes well for my dog and we can get him back to his normal self soon!

Recently chose Chaska Valley Vet for our two boys. How welcoming they were to all of us! Very comfortable in waiting area or exam rooms. And then our oldest boy, had a serious health issue. The gentle, kind care and thoughtfulness every staff person showed us, helped so much. They recommended more extensive diagnosis at Pet Hospital. He was put down later that day... Chaska Valley Vet called it correctly and handled us all with great care. Enter new puppy about a week later!! We couldn’t wait to get him started at an amazing Vet care facility! They took excellent care of the puppy, and we look forward to visits at ChaskaValley Vet! Thank you for loving and caring for our furry boys!

I have a 6 year old English Bulldog named Boston and he started bleeding from his penis. This morning I was calling everywhere to get him in today. Chaska Valley Vet Clinic was able to get my baby in at 10:30am. After checking him over and perscribing antibiotics I am happy to say Boston has not been bleeding anymore and is already doing much better. I’m SO Thankful they were able to help my little buddy. They were very friendly and great with us even when he bled on the lobby floor they came right out and mopped it up and got us in a room and we were seen in a timely fashion. Very nice to know we have a great local vet that genuinely
Cares about animals. I will recommend them to everyone. I’m Forever Grateful for helping us out today! Great team!

I've had many pets in my life and have been to a lot of different vet clinics around the country. When I moved to the area and was looking for a new vet, a friend who takes her dog to Chaska Valley Vet Clinic. Easily, one of the best decisions I've ever made! Chaska Valley Vet Clinic has far exceeded my expectations in all realms of the services they provide. First and foremost, they care about the animals and it shows! They are loving and kind and gentle with my dog (who isn't afraid of the vet and actually loves the attention she gets from staff!). The vets themselves are wonderful; I've never had a better experience than at Chaska Valley Vet Clinic! My dog has a chronic autoimmune disorder that was difficult to diagnose and requires constant care. The entire staff at Chaska Valley Vet Clinic has gone above and beyond in their commitment to finding treatment & food options for my dog and have gone out of their way to be supportive toward me which means so much! While my dog's chronic condition can be stressful for me, every visit to the vet is a positive experience because of the way my dog and I are treated from the minute we walk in the door.

I brought both my dogs here while I was home visiting my mom.
My first visit was because my pup had pustules and I needed a refill. I called them to see if I could get a refill if my vet in Georgia faxed in a prescription. They informed me of the price, got all my info and said they could call me when it was ready. Hours later I got a call from them informing me that my vet did not fax it in yet. I called my vet and they said they sent it, overall it was a back and forth game but I finally got my prescription. I was impressed that even though my pup was not a regular patient at this clinic; they reached out to me to let me know they had not gotten the prescription.
During my second visit, I brought my dogs in because one of them had worms in their stool. The technician and the vet were so helpful and friendly. They each took their time asking me questions, looking at my dogs and asked me questions about life. They were genuinely concerned about my dogs and interested in me. This was impressive because not only did they care about the health of my dogs but they wanted to get to know me as an individual. The entire staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful. From the lady I spoke with about the prescription to the lady that checked me out.
The prices here for the prescription and both dogs being seen was reasonable. I was expecting it to be much higher.
I would highly recommend this clinic. If I have any problems again with my dogs when I'm home in MN, this is where I would bring them.
**FYI, there business cards are also discount cards. You can get $20 off your first visit if you give it to them, they are by the registers. I didn't notice this until later after my first visit.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were referred to Chaska Valley Vet from a breeder who was very particular of the way she wanted us to take care of our Golden, Bailey. We have been going in for general stuff, vaccinations routine exams etc. for over 8 years. Always friendly, informative and they LOVE animals and my Bailey. Costs are very reasonable. Bailey needs only to hear the words €want to go to the vet?€ and her ears pop up and tail wags and runs straight to the door wagging her tail and panting with excitement. Almost too much excitement, it usually takes two staff to hold her to get her shots she is that excited to be there.

I started taking my pets to see Dr. Gieske 20 years ago all the way out in Young America so we were ecstatic when she opened Chaska Valley Vet. It is close by and the new clinic was tailor made for animals. The kindness and compassion they have for animals is unsurpassed. I know my pets will get individualized care and attention there. They keep up on the latest veterinary care, procedures, and animal nutrition. All of my pets have lived long healthy lives and I know in large part is due to the clinic's care and guidance. I will always be grateful for the calm, caring support they demonstrated as they assisted us in saying good-bye to two of our pets as they reached the end of their lives from old age. Thank you Chaska Valley Vet for being there for us throughout our pets' lives.
