Pilot Knob Animal Hospital has been in operation since 1987. We have strived to provide our patients and their families with quality, compassionate service. We are conveniently located on the northwest corner of Pilot Knob and Diffley in Eagan.

Dr. Yip and the entire staff have been so helpful for me. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog, Benji of almost 13 years. Everyone in the office was so kind and understanding. They made sure evryrhing went smoothly. They were so good with answering questions and alowing me to hold Benji. All were very respectful.
I would definitely recommend Pilot Knob Animal Hospital to anyone.

Great office! They are always great with both my dogs even with my older dog being incredibly afraid of the Vet. They were so gentle with her and we were actually able to draw blood and do her vaccinations without her getting overly stressed or upset. Both of our pups love going there!

I was referred to this vet office by my friend/neighbor. When my dog had her seizure, they were able to make room for us the very next morning, even though we were new clients. I really appreciated that. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and when it came to explaining things about my dog's condition, they were very thorough. I was nervous about switching vets because we'd been going to our former vet for years. But now I'm so glad I did!

Everyone there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They work with animal owners when someone loses their job and can't bring their animals in on time for their tests and they are patient and love seeing our animals when we can bring them in. We have been to many vets and Dr Yipp and her staff are very reasonable on their prices. If I should ever win part of a lottery I would be so happy donate money to give back to them for helping me with one of my cats that needed surgery and I didn't have enough at the time to pay all of it! I would recommend this vet to anyone! Love you all at pilot knob animal hospital!

Switched from another Vet and am so happy we did! Dr. Yip has the best bedside manner of any vet we have had. The whole staff is friendly, yet professional, and always conscientious of the animals and humans needs. They do not scold pet owners and always explain pricing up front and try to give you the most reasonably priced options for treating your pet and keeping our little loves healthy.

I moved to Eagan from South Dakota and brought my 13 year old cat with me. I was hesitant about finding a good vet, but the folks at Pilot Knob Animal Hospital have been absolutely fantastic! Three or four times now I have had to either call or bring my cat in for something, and each time they have taken the most gentle, loving, as well as knowledgable care with my cat. They also have been very cost conscious and have not run up costs unnecessarily. I simply cannot say enough good things about the Pilot Knob facility. If you need to take your pet somewhere that you can feel confident and secure that it will be taken well care of--take your pet here.

They work with animal owners when someone loses their job and can't bring their animals in on time for their tests and they are patient and love seeing our animals when we can bring them in. We have been to many vets and Dr Yipp and her staff are very reasonable on their prices. If I should ever win part of a lottery I would be so happy donate money to give back to them for helping me with one of my cats that needed surgery and I didn't have enough at the time to pay all of it! I moved to Eagan from South Dakota and brought my 13 year old cat with me. I was hesitant about finding a good vet, but the folks at Pilot Knob Animal Hospital have been absolutely fantastic! Three or four times now I have had to either call or bring my cat in for something, and each time they have taken the most gentle, loving, as well as knowledgable care with my cat. They also have been very cost conscious and have not run up costs unnecessarily. I simply cannot say enough good things about the Pilot Knob facility. If you need to take your pet somewhere that you can feel confident and secure that it will be taken well care of--take your pet here.
