What Jane S. said. The name of Dr. Goullaud's practice is Metropolitan Veterinary Referral Services (MVRS).I first met Dr. Goullaud in 1995 when I was a vet student. My dog had collapsed, & the receptionist at the U of M vet school said I could have an appointment in 2 weeks or wait until after 4 to see the emergency clinician. A classmate put me in touch with Dr. Goullaud & I've been a devoted referring veterinarian ever since. This is the place for advanced diagnostics for your dog or cat. As a U of M graduate, I want to be able to support the U of M but I can't-not as a graduate, not as a client, not as a referring veterinarian. MVRS is better-they'll see your animal faster & get done what needs to be done in a timely manner. This practice doesn't do vaccinations or routine care-it's a place for sick animals, when your pet's regular veterinarian has exhausted their diagnostic options. It's mainly internal medicine-gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology-but they can have a surgeon come in as well, for advanced surgeries.Dr. Goulaud doesn't have the greatest "bedside manner"-he drives some people crazy-but he always has the diagnosis, care & treatment of your pet as his first priority. Highly recommended. Read Less
