Everyone here was so wonderful. They really bent over backwards to make sure everything went well. They let our cat, Pop-Pop, see a vet within half an hour of my phonecall, even though they usually had surgery at that time, which told me they really cared. They made sure we understood all the possible diagnoses and the reasons behind everything they were testing for. They worked with me to give me clear options for how to proceed and were thorough, but NOT over-zealous or money-grabbing. They were kind and gentle with Pop and didn't push him past the point of his endurance when examining him. The way they behaved made me feel like I could really trust them. They were also (amazingly) affordable. I left feeling a million times better than when I arrived - more relieved and happy with the care than I have ever felt before in my life. I'm not prone to gushing and I rarely bother to leave reviews, but I wish I could leave a five star review for each person who works there. I never want to take my pets anywhere else again.
*I've attached a picture of our two cats, Martha (left) and Pop-Pop (right.) I feel sure that soon Pop will be back to his happy healthy self as you see in this picture.

Dr. Keyes diagnosed my Golden Retriever with a condition that had eluded vets at other clinics. My Maddie lived a long, good life as a result (15 years). When it was time to put her down Dr. Parrot was so kind and understanding. I drive all the way from Minneapolis to Excelsior Animal Hospital so that my new rescue can be treated by this excellent team of doctors.

They are the best! Dr. Parrot made sure Georgie was ok- she was totally stressed, my fault, and breathing through her mouth. Cats don't do that. I love these people!!! They treat me as gentle as they treat my cats. You need to bring your "babies" here. Bigger testimony- when I tell people I love my vet; they are amazed. Feeling gratitude my "family" is safe in their hands.

After 13 years with our beloved Ruby, we had to say our final farewell this morning. Dr. Parrot and the entire staff helped us do this in the most tender and loving way possible. They were able to squeeze us in with a packed schedule for the day. The minute we arrived we were given a private room. Dr. Parrot gave us as much information as we needed and he truly shared with us in the whole process as well as giving us as much privacy as we wanted.

Everyone here was so wonderful. They really bent over backwards to make sure everything went well. They let our cat, Pop-Pop, see a vet within half an hour of my phonecall, even though they usually had surgery at that time, which told me they really cared. They made sure we understood all the possible diagnoses and the reasons behind everything they were testing for. They worked with me to give me clear options for how to proceed and were thorough, but NOT over-zealous or money-grabbing. They were kind and gentle with Pop and didn't push him past the point of his endurance when examining him. The way they behaved made me feel like I could really trust them. They were also (amazingly) affordable. I left feeling a million times better than when I arrived - more relieved and happy with the care than I have ever felt before in my life. I'm not prone to gushing and I rarely bother to leave reviews, but I wish I could leave a five star review for each person who works there. I never want to take my pets anywhere else again.

They were able to squeeze us in with a packed schedule for the day. The minute we arrived we were given a private room.
