I have had the best experience with the veterinarian here. Kind personable and caring toward my cats. Switched to this vet because my previous vet was mean to be about my cat who gets very aggressive at the vet. Dr. Rahimi deals with her no problems. My cat still doesn't like vet visits but they are definitely less traumatic for both of us now. Read Less

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Cathy for about 16 years, and I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else! Dr. Cathy has always been very attentive, caring, and always puts my pets needs first. She makes great connections with the owners - always listens to you. The entire staff at Blackberry are so friendly and of course love animals. Whether discussing routine care or having to make very difficult decisions, they continue to be incredibly patient with all my questions. I never feel rushed or that there is something else more important to do. I appreciate their up to date technology in coordination with their common sense approach to pet care. It seems they are always overbooked here, and if you have a visit that is not routine and quick, you can tell there is a lot of discomfort for the vets. The Vet that helped me was in such a hurry, she actually told me she had to leave the room to check on some test for me, but actually went to another appointment without answering all of my questions. Since they always seem to be in a rush, you end up feeling a lot more like a number and less like a human being with a pet they care about. My cat was actually improperly diagnosed here, which I feel happened since only a glance was taken at her test results. If you're looking at going here because of the location, I recommend instead going to Southview Animal Hospital, it isn't far away and since I switched and started going there I am much more satisfied.Read Less

I started bringing my dogs here in 2012. I was new to IGH and ny neighbors recommended them. I have been very pleased with the doctor and staff. They go out of their way to care for my dogs. During a recent surgery they contacted me promptly,  sent me pictures of my dog to make me feel better (I was a wreck)  they drew little hearts on her bandages and showered her and I with care and love. Everyone I know is very impressed with the care they provide. They are wonderful to work with and would recommend them with out hesitation. Read Less
