Took my new kitten to the Lewiston Vet Clinic and was shocked when I saw how affordable my bill was. I usually never leave any vet paying less than $100 but for my new kittens shots and dewormer was way less than that, and was very reasonable. The staff were also very friendly. They even sent me home with some kitten food, and some flea/tick stuff to put on her neck. Will be going back for her next couple shots. Read Less

After bad past experiences with three different vets in Winona, I've decided to do a little driving to get to this vet clinic but is totally worth it. The staff is very courteous and caring. Lewiston Vet Clinic has been outstanding in the time and care they have given to my dogs. From trying to understand complex problems in my GSD's to reconstructive surgery. So willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and they continue to pass on important new findings to their clients. Am I against puppy mills? Yes, very much so but I also have taken the time to talk with the vets and understand the complexity of their position. Please put your anti-puppy mill efforts where they need to go...not against care professionals who are caught in the middle but to those who have the power to make change at a legislative level. My little Boston Terrier unfortunately got Lyme's Disease this past summer and started showing symptoms at the end of working hours. Lewiston Vet Clinic agreed to keep their lights on for us until we got there and tested, diagnosed, and treated Midge right away. It would have been easy for them to say, "Come back tomorrow," but Midge was taken care of all within about 30 minutes. By the time we arrived back home, Midge was feeling like herself again and was no longer in a lethargic pain filled state. Lewiston Vet Clinic is the BEST clinic in Winona and it's surrounding areas. The staff is kind, loyal, and understands the financial and emotional commitment you have when owning a pet. They help you weigh the pros and cons of each procedure and fix mistakes when they happen. My cat and dogs all go to this clinic and I feel so good knowing that the care they receive is from LVC. My sister also has had her dairy goats taken care of for years at LVC whenever they're sick or needed routine vaccinations.Read Less

My dog went in for a common bulldog eye procedure. Everything was going well until they took the stitches out and never checked for possible ulcers that may have grew (which is very common in olde english bulldogs) and they cut the ulcer open and had to do emergency surgery on my dog. He is now blind in one eye because of this oversight. And the vet was so kind about their screw up that im still paying off an $800.00 vet bill for their mistake. And my poor baby has to deal with it everyday of his life. I will never bring another animal here in my life and wouldnt suggest anyone else does either. Especially if you have a bulldogge. They are awesome! They always clean my little dog Oreos teeth. They let me be with her as they put her under and stay in room as they do the procedure.
