Love love love this vet! They are so reasonable in charges and never suggest unnecessary procedures or appts, they’ve saved me a lot of money compared to some other local vets that have told me my dog needs all this testing to confirm what the vet at Lakes Area told me in one appt and without the testing. She got medication and problem solved! Surgeries there always go extremely well and I feel complete trust when I leave my dog there. Great Vet! My mother in law has seen them for over 15 years, and now with my dog well continue to go there for the next 15 years!

My little Punk is only 5 lbs and got sick several months before I got her to this awesome vet clinic. I had no clue what was wrong with her but she stopped playing and just got through every day. Her TEETH yes her TEETH were bad. The roots were L shape and 4 had to be pulled. She would of died in the months to come from the infection but they saved her and her she is today. Full of life happy and loving. Please please check your dogs teeth .

Lakes Vet, has taken care of my dogs for a lot of years they are a very respectful veterinarian the staff is great,they are very compassionate and always took excellent care of my dogs! Visited for the first time last week and was So impressed! Staff were friendly and so good with my daschounds. They found stickers and color sheets for my kiddos while I was taking care of billing. They were so wonderful to my dogs! Gave the utmost care to them, and we will be back for life! So glad I found them and will be telling everyone I know how awesome my experience was. Thank you, for loving and taking such great care of my furbabies!

I have used this vet for both emergency surgery and for neuter surgery. Both times I have been very pleased with the service and pricing. I drive an hour to bring my cats to this place! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel very welcome and informed. I highly recommend Lakes Vet for all your pets needs!! I wish they would open a location closer to me!

Incredible customer service! The tech and vet spent a lot of time with me and my new pup answering questions, being sure I understood what was going on, giving free advice :), etc. Fantastic people. Very personable, down-to-earth, helpful. I live over an hour away, but they are my first choice for a vet.

The doctors are great but the younger techs are rude! Every time I called to ask a question or make an appointment all I got was attitude. One day my dog got cut by some barb wire when my husband was walking her. He brought my dog in to get stitched up and the tech at the front desk told him that he needed an appointment! My dog was bleeding and needed care! My husband waited in the lobby until one of the doctors walked through and asked her to see our dog. She then did. We had been customers for ten years there and have recently moved but even if I still live near there, I wouldn't take my animals to them. It was really disappointing after going to them for so long to leave on bitter terms.

We love Lakes Vet!!! My little man, Pepper, loves everyone there too. He actually gets excited to go to the Vet and hop on the scale!! The doctors and staff are wonderful and take such great care of my little man. You can tell they all love the work they do and genuinely care about the animals and their parents.

Everyone went out of their way to make my pet & I feel very comfortable starting with the initial phone conversation. The Staff & Doctor were legitimately concerned about our little guy and did a thorough exam followed by a plan to treat going forward.

I have brought my pets to Lakes Veterinary Surgical Center since I moved here 11 years ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. They care as much for the owners as they do the pets. I had to put three animals down since moving here and the compassion of the staff was remarkable. In addition to the above Dr. Pete and Dr. Meghan are outstanding diagnosticians and surgeons. I completely trust my animals to their care.All the staff are extremely helpful. They answer every question I have regarding the care of my animals with patience and thoroughness.I now have 2 cats and 1 dog and Lakes Veterinary Surgical Center is the only place I will bring them!!LaVonne L.

I have had two cats since living in this area and the staff has always been wonderful to both of them. They really care about their clients. One of the vets even came to our house when it was time to put our first cat down as she was so frightened to leave the house. Upon exiting with her, he told her it was time to go and used her name. She was still important!

Love love love this vet! They are so reasonable in charges and never suggest unnecessary procedures or appts, they’ve saved me a lot of money compared to some other local vets that have told me my dog needs all this testing to confirm what the vet at Lakes Area told me in one appt and without the testing. She got medication and problem solved! Surgeries there always go extremely well and I feel complete trust when I leave my dog there. Great Vet! My little Punk is only 5 lbs and got sick several months before I got her to this awesome vet clinic. I had no clue what was wrong with her but she stopped playing and just got through every day. Visited for the first time last week and was So impressed! Staff were friendly and so good with my daschounds. They found stickers and color sheets for my kiddos while I was taking care of billing. The doctors are great but the younger techs are rude! Every time I called to ask a question or make an appointment all I got was attitude.
