Try to cancel wellness plan casue the drive is to far got told I need to pay the rest of the account then they set me up on a renewal even after I told them I don't want the plan it's a trap that they are not willing to let me outta and they are not willing to refund the money that they were not supposed to renew they claim it's cause I owed them money my dogs got 1 set of shots and they charged me a full year plus automatically renewed when I tried to cancle

Very money hungry clinic. I have gone twice. First time. They racked my bill up so high i had no choice but to join their wellness plan. Second time I went I had no choice but to go there.. it was a Saturday and realized my puppy started having bloody diarrhea. I told them i have very limited funds and instead of recommending the right test, they recommended to let them do several tests (And to do the test that would let them know what was going on last) Well after I had them explain each test to me, i told them i only wanted the last test on the list done. Well what do you know. It was the test that showed them the problem.. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONNED. Life care animal hospital is where I take my puppy now. The difference is night and day. They actually care about the pets coming in.

When we first started going here two years ago we saw Dr. Taylor and we absolutely loved her! Every time I have tried to make an appointment she has been booked way out and we end up seeing random vets. The thing I hate most about this place is for a checkup you drop the dog off and it sits in the kennel all day and you don't get to talk to the vet about things. We dropped our dog off last time and the vet came to talk to us about his meds and I mentioned that I did not want the flea and tick on our wellness plan anymore because it doesn't work, the vet agreed and said she would change it. I kept getting it in the mail and kept getting charged for it and when I called to tell them they messed up they told me I would have to keep paying for it for the year till the plan was up even thought it was their mistake. It is safe to say we will not be coming back here when our year of the wellness plan is up.

We have been coming here for over two years after my old vet murdered my other dog. Dr. Taylor is by far the best Vet i have had to work with. My dog doesn't shake when he is around her and she always goes over everything with me. I almost lost him this past year to a organ failure due to him drinking or eating something bad. She was there for him the entire week and called me over the weekend to check on him when she wasnt even at work. Awesome doctor.

So far I've had a great experience going to Banfield with my kitten Pebbles. From her first ever checkup to just yesterday when she had her spay surgery, everyone there has been really helpful and friendly. They're really good at explaining things (procedures, why she needs certain shots, etc), teaching me things and answering my questions (how to properly give medications at home, when she'll start losing teeth, etc), and generally making sure I'm taking care of her the proper way. It's easy to call and ask questions (Matt is SUPER helpful on the phone and in person!) and I've worked with Doctor Labbe for a while and he really seems to love what he does. There's also one vet tech (assistant? not totally sure) who's really helpful and friendly as well and works really well with Pebbles. Not sure about his name but he has red hair :) ! Love this place and would recommend it to anyone!

Can't comment yet on the care of the vets, but I just need to comment on the great customer service over the phone by Matt. Its rare to get someone on the phone at any pet clinic that is willing to try to help you before you make an appointment and spend money at their clinic. He went so far as to check in with the vet on what the best course of action was (to see if I even needed to bring my pet in or could possibly treat at home) and called me back to relay the vet's recommendations.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!!Appointments are always an ease to get into, as well as great vets that are compassionate, and my pets (ranging from young and friendly, to older and not so friendly) were able to get along with. Their wellness plans are extremely reasonable and include essentials plus surgeries that would cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere. I like that you can go in for anything like a quick clinic yet get serious surgeries such as spaying as well. I recently had to put my 12 year old dog down due to a tumor near his rectum and the vets were extremely compassionate offering options prior to putting him to sleep. Whether it be meds or surgery. Ultimately, we did put him down & they even sent a card with the doctor and nurses own condolences and his paw print. I mean it was completely unexpected & i am extremely grateful. I truly believe they do what they can. The prices reflect that they are not a greedy business. I continue to bring my younger dog there and have since she was a puppy. She is always treated well, and never misses a visit. It is under 40$ a month for her wellness plan and her spaying was included along with her shots. Meds & Treatments (tick/flea) are not included. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Banfield for giving us this option for our pets.

I have been taking my animals here for many years. They have treated my guinea pigs, birds, and dogs with love and affection. They always do the best for your animals. They were able to find problems and fix them when other vets either gave up or missed the problem. This clinic is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

I have had wonderful experiences with Banfield in Maplewood. I first took my cat there when she had been vomiting a few times in a day and as it was the weekend my normal vet at the time wasn't open....
I have had wonderful experiences with Banfield in Maplewood. I first took my cat there when she had been vomiting a few times in a day and as it was the weekend my normal vet at the time wasn't open. At Banfield they walked me through what they were doing and gave me the treatment options. I had to take my cat back again for another emergency appointment when I found a lump on her jaw and again I was walked through the options for discovering what was wrong which turned out to be cancer. They gave me the option that I could have the lump removed at a great expense but with the vet's help I decided not to do that. At home I had to call multiple times for questions and each time the vet called back and answered the my questions completely. When it finally came time to put down my cat the staff was exteremely kind and thoughful and gave me plenty of time to spend with my cat at the end. Since I decided to stay in the room the vet told me before hand exactly what was going to happen. After, I was sent a lovely card where the vet wrote a lot in the card with a nice quote and other staff also signed it.

My kitten had been vomiting for a week and not pooping. I took her in to this clinic, and they were so cold. They did not give me any options. They charged me 500 dollars for xrays and bloodwork, and they still dont know whats wrong with her. They want to charge me another 300 for additional tests and if needed surgery for 2000 dollars! They offer no other options and treat my pet like a number. I strongly recommend NOT using this clinic if you want a caring doctor and staff.

Very money hungry clinic. I have gone twice. First time. They racked my bill up so high i had no choice but to join their wellness plan. Second time I went I had no choice but to go there.. it was a Saturday and realized my puppy started having bloody diarrhea. When we first started going here two years ago we saw Dr. Taylor and we absolutely loved her! Every time I have tried to make an appointment she has been booked way out and we end up seeing random vets. The thing I hate most about this place is for a checkup you drop the dog off and it sits in the kennel all day and you don't get to talk to the vet about things. Their wellness plans are extremely reasonable and include essentials plus surgeries that would cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere. I like that you can go in for anything like a quick clinic yet get serious surgeries such as spaying as well. I recently had to put my 12 year old dog down due to a tumor near his rectum and the vets were extremely compassionate offering options prior to putting him to sleep. Whether it be meds or surgery. Ultimately, we did put him down & they even sent a card with the doctor and nurses own condolences and his paw print. I mean it was completely unexpected & i am extremely grateful. I truly believe they do what they can. The prices reflect that they are not a greedy business. I continue to bring my younger dog there and have since she was a puppy. She is always treated well, and never misses a visit. It is under 40$ a month for her wellness plan and her spaying was included along with her shots. Meds & Treatments (tick/flea) are not included. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Banfield for giving us this option for our pets.

I have been taking my animals here for many years. They have treated my guinea pigs, birds, and dogs with love and affection. They always do the best for your animals. They were able to find problems and fix them when other vets either gave up or missed the problem. This clinic is outstanding! I highly recommend them!

I have had wonderful experiences with Banfield in Maplewood. I first took my cat there when she had been vomiting a few times in a day and as it was the weekend my normal vet at the time wasn't open. At Banfield they walked me through what they were doing and gave me the treatment options. I had to take my cat back again for another emergency appointment when I found a lump on her jaw and again I was walked through the options for discovering what was wrong which turned out to be cancer. They gave me the option that I could have the lump removed at a great expense but with the vet's help I decided not to do that. At home I had to call multiple times for questions and each time the vet called back and answered the my questions completely. When it finally came time to put down my cat the staff was exteremely kind and thoughful and gave me plenty of time to spend with my cat at the end. Since I decided to stay in the room the vet told me before hand exactly what was going to happen. After, I was sent a lovely card where the vet wrote a lot in the card with a nice quote and other staff also signed it.

My kitten had been vomiting for a week and not pooping. I took her in to this clinic, and they were so cold. They did not give me any options. They charged me 500 dollars for xrays and bloodwork, and they still dont know whats wrong with her. They want to charge me another 300 for additional tests and if needed surgery for 2000 dollars! They offer no other options and treat my pet like a number. I strongly recommend NOT using this clinic if you want a caring doctor and staff.
