I brought my girls in to establish care. The customer service is outstanding. Shelby greeted us has an excellent approach with both customers and pets. Ally (Allie) was our vet tech and she is spectacular. She took the time to explain things for each dog and was not pushy in any way when I was signing up for wellness plans. She was open and honest. So far so good- I love the drop off option since I have small children. I will update after I pick my cat up from his "free initial checkup" and get the scoop on the estimated cost of care, etc.... ok wow, this is a wonderful clinic. Dr. Walsh spent an inordinate amount of time explaining each cost,  but he was incredibly gracious in answering all of my questions. He even called back to revise my cat's plan of care when I told him the approximate amount I would be willing to spend on the cat. Their clinic visits are currently about $42 and the first visit is free. Even the rabies vaccine was cheaper than the VCA on Cedar. Our cat Jones was a sweet 8 week old stray that we took in and has had all kinds of strange health "quirks" - all of the staff at Banfield in the Quarry have been SO AWESOME. Professional, very friendly, convenient.This Banfield Pet Hospital is sandwiched between Target and Petsmart. What more could you ask for when it comes to convenience?The reception staff is friendly and engaging and often comes around the counter to greet Wentworth personally, sometimes with a treat.The veterinary doctors and technicians are always very professional and great with Wentworth. It shows a lot about their care and concern when they actually sit down on the floor with Wentworth to make him more at ease and comfortable.  They are very good about explaining issues, care options and answering questions. Banfield's Optimum Wellness Plan (an optional service) seems to be good deal for us, offering a wide range of services, greater peace of mind and a good savings in money. It allows monthly payments versus an up-front cost and can be tailored to individual needs.Banfield recommended Care Credit with 0% financing (in addition to our Wellness Plan discount) to help with a large unexpected expense right after Christmas. I recently brought my dog into the Quary clinic, the loby was extremly busy but the receptionist still noticed that I had come in and greeted me and let me know she would be with me as soon as she was able too. As soon as a room opened up the receptionist had noticed that the tech had already cleaned the room and thanked her, this is important to me because if the whole medical team works well together I feel they work as a good team to help my pet. Once in the room a tech came in and apologized that I had to wait about 5 minutes. She first introduced her self and then immediatly gave my pet attention while looking at her at the same time, I feel my dog didn't even know she was getting inspected she just thought she was being loved. After doing her physical exam she went over some packages they offer. She explained why they do each thing included and the importance. This was very helpful to me and made me understand why these packages are available. I did not feel as though I was being sold anything, it is everything other clinics would recommend doing on my pet but made affordable. a doctor then came in and briefly went over the plane again. I ended up signing up on the plane and it saved me so much money. My whole point to this is that I was super happy with my experience at this clinic. O would highly recommend them.Oh another thing I forgot to mention, when in the loby I was listening in to other conversations and one of the guys there with his dog was only there to stop in to say hi to the receptionist and get his dog a treat from them. I have taken my dog here from the start and I have been 100% satisfied with the service and value. I purchased a wellness plan which included a spay and all necessary vaccinations and comprehensive exams for a year. If something goes wrong, I can bring her in for free exams. The peace of mind that comes with this plan is absolutely worth the monthly price. The staff is friendly, competent, and I always get the sense that they truly care about my dog. I recently had to bring her in for an emergency appointment and they fit her in without a problem. I also appreciate that they don't push expensive care products or unnecessary treatments. If you need a product for aftercare, they give you suggestions but the choice to purchase anything from their preferred brands or PetSmart is always yours. No pressure or hard selling here. Our cat developed an eye infection which became apparent on Saturday evening. We called Banfield Pet Hospital (Quarry) on Sunday morning and they had a full schedule but told us to bring her in and they would work us in to the schedule. The only reason for lacking 5 stars is because we brought her in at noon and they asked us to come back at 2:00pm or pay a $50 hospitalization fee; I would have preferred to know that when we called in at 9:30am but I do understand they had a full schedule and we were grateful they were able to work us in. (Most other vet offices are closed on Sunday)They gave the cat a full exam and it turned out she had a treatable eye infection - we got an antibiotic ointment to treat the eye infection and got a full exam and will be following up on this and some other preventive health issues (dental cleaning, shots updated) in a couple of weeks. The veterinarian and all of the staff were very friendly and informative. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend this location to others.Eric BMinneapolis, MN Read Less

I showed up to Banfield with my new kitten in tow and felt thoroughly taken care of. Little guy seems all brave, but he's really a big pansy. The staff here was gentle though, and praised him on his manners and cuteness. Just what he needed to feel safe and loved.Their wellness plan is really reasonable considering I'll have quite a few office visits and the neuter within this first year. I was apprehensive taking my new puppy to what I thought would be the fast food of getting care, but we received top notch, caring, knowledgeable service. I always feel comfortable taking my dog here.  Although the circumstances that bring you there can be unpleasant, they do a good job of making you feel welcome and in good hands.I have had to bring my dog into the vet a couple of times as a walk-in, or pseudo-emergency if you will.  Each time we have had to wait (longer than you want, but about as could be expected) just as you would in the people hospital.  However, after your wait, they get you taken care of very quickly!  They do have a drop-off in case you need to get things done while they make your mutt (or purebred) feel better.We subscribe to the doggy insurance plan as well.  It is fantastic!  For a small amount every month (ours is $15, but there are different levels) you get free shots, free visits, discounts and more.  This really helps when something major, or semi-major occurs.  Not to mention that you just feel safer that your dog has an umbrella over his/her head!I also love that it is in PetSmart!  You can go get treats, food, a new pet, etc., while you wait.  We also love taking our dog over to get groomed after she is done being tortured.  Nothing says love like the bandanna on a clean dog! I've never had a problem with this vet, the doctors and vet techs all seem pretty educated and really show that they care (or they are just really good actors). The place is pretty clean, and the vet rooms aren't that bad either.  They also have Wellness plans that you can sign up for. It gives you a bunch of discounts on checkups, neutering, spaying, medicines, ear cleanings..etc. If you sign up for it, they also automatically call you when your pets are due for a check up. It is really handy! My cat has been coming here since he was born, so about 3 years now.  He likes it too, He says the doctors are mean, but he's a cat, and doesn't understand that it's actually good to go there sometimes!No, for real though... I am obsessed with my cat and after hearing horror stories of other vets, I am really picky about who treats my cat.  I've dealt with only like 3 different doctors at this place over the years, its nice to see that they are the same, time after time, instead of new doctors constantly.Also, it is connected to the Pet Smart in the Quarry, so if you end up needing anything while you are there, you can go pick it up...Sometimes its nice to surprise your friends with a little toy after a long day at the vet.  And, your pet gets a treat upon leaving!
