This is an older office, run by a vet who has been there since the late 70's. They care about their practice and the happiness of their clients. The prices are very fair and they don't gouge you. I had a few concerns and was promptly contacted by the owner, who wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Very respectable vet office.

After getting some blood work done on my dog, Dr. Baker told me that my dog was in early stage kidney failure. He told me to switch her food from raw food to Science Diet. When I asked what else I could do for her, he gave me no other options. Luckily I went to another vet for a second opinion. I had a more extensive blood work panel done for my dog which showed no signs of kidney damage whatsoever. After going to Broadway Animal Hospital for 8 years, I will never go back. I highly encourage anyone who uses this vet/doctor to get a second opinion as they have proven to be incompetent.

The only r reasonI gave a 4 point start instead of a 5 point is because they haven't changed to a new computer system that converts the animal systems into a computers instead of the carbon copy of the tests/exams/rabies vacasinations. The docs LOVE the animals as if they were their own. They offer options and let you decide how you want to proceed. I even adopted a cat from them and discovered that they aren't the only ones who care but the volunteers also Care. It's about being a community with these docs/techs/volunteers. I do not expect to change vets anytime soon. You'll also see the wife of Dr Baker bringing in treats and she always takes the time to learn about your pet. I was even recognized in the community by one of the techs and she asked how my pet was doing. These people CARE as much about our pets as we do!! For all that I can overlook carbon copies!

Started going with Broadway because they were close. Learned overtime how outdated the office is. Staff was is rude and the rooms were never clean (had leftover animal residue in them). I stopped going once staff member "Jamie" was very unfriendly and unprofessional towards me. Dr. George Baker is unapologetic for his staff and cleanliness. My dogs records are all scribbled on note cards and was a complete disorganized mess. I cannot trust a medical office that is disorganized and unprofessional. Beware! If you want convieniance then go to them. If you want what's best for your loved animal, stay very far away from this place. It's 2017, not 1958!

These people are amazing! They are respectful to their customers and, much more importantly, very gentle, loving, and careful with their patients. My beloved Kitty injured herself and I was worried about wound infection, but also didn't have lot of money in such an emergency situation. Listen, if you think even for a moment that you should bring your pet in, even just to be safe, BRING THEM HERE. Their costs are reasonable enough and their care is so thorough, that it's best not to risk anything and just bring them in. Oh, one last thing, my injured cat was so calm with Dr. Baker, despite everything. He was like a whisperer! She was at ease the moment he walked in. I'm so grateful! Thank you!!

I liked the vet I saw the one time I was actually able to get in. This place has been a struggle to get an appointment. I have called a few times with medical issues that need attention, not emergencies, but sooner than later would be better but they are always booked about 4 days out. I would like a vet I could actually get into when needed. Real bummer because I did enjoy the no nonsense vet I saw.

We have been going here for about six years now. I have been to other vets in the suburbs and no other place has staff like Broadway Robbinsdale. The bedside manner is amazing and they actually take the time to explain everything to you. Going in with all three of our dogs at one time is a nightmare, but they have a vet tech help to make the process easier. Even when we move out of the area, we'll still bring our dogs here.

I've taken my dogs to Broadway Robbinsdale Pet Hospital for about 20 years. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind and understanding. They are not only knowledgable but sympathetic and empathetic when faced with difficult decisions. Dr Baker is absolutely wonderful. He is the one I have seen over the years. I recently saw Dr Mergener and she was also very nice. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else.

Good vet, definitely fair prices and good staff. Pretty busy because of this, but I'd still recommend. They were especially kind at my last visit. Thank you staff, for the postcard, it meant a lot.

The only r reasonI gave a 4 point start instead of a 5 point is because they haven't changed to a new computer system that converts the animal systems into a computers instead of the carbon copy of the tests/exams/rabies vacasinations. The docs LOVE the animals as if they were their own. They offer options and let you decide how you want to proceed. I even adopted a cat from them and discovered that they aren't the only ones who care but the volunteers also Care. It's about being a community with these docs/techs/volunteers. I do not expect to change vets anytime soon. You'll also see the wife of Dr Baker bringing in treats and she always takes the time to learn about your pet. I was even recognized in the community by one of the techs and she asked how my pet was doing. These people CARE as much about our pets as we do!! For all that I can overlook carbon copies!

Started going with Broadway because they were close. Learned overtime how outdated the office is. Staff was is rude and the rooms were never clean (had leftover animal residue in them). I stopped going once staff member "Jamie" was very unfriendly and unprofessional towards me. Dr. George Baker is unapologetic for his staff and cleanliness. My dogs records are all scribbled on note cards and was a complete disorganized mess. I cannot trust a medical office that is disorganized and unprofessional. Beware! If you want convieniance then go to them. If you want what's best for your loved animal, stay very far away from this place. It's 2017, not 1958!

These people are amazing! They are respectful to their customers and, much more importantly, very gentle, loving, and careful with their patients. My beloved Kitty injured herself and I was worried about wound infection, but also didn't have lot of money in such an emergency situation. Listen, if you think even for a moment that you should bring your pet in, even just to be safe, BRING THEM HERE. Their costs are reasonable enough and their care is so thorough, that it's best not to risk anything and just bring them in. Oh, one last thing, my injured cat was so calm with Dr. Baker, despite everything. He was like a whisperer! She was at ease the moment he walked in. I'm so grateful! Thank you!!

I liked the vet I saw the one time I was actually able to get in. This place has been a struggle to get an appointment. I have called a few times with medical issues that need attention, not emergencies, but sooner than later would be better but they are always booked about 4 days out. I would like a vet I could actually get into when needed. Real bummer because I did enjoy the no nonsense vet I saw.

We have been going here for about six years now. I have been to other vets in the suburbs and no other place has staff like Broadway Robbinsdale. The bedside manner is amazing and they actually take the time to explain everything to you. Going in with all three of our dogs at one time is a nightmare, but they have a vet tech help to make the process easier. Even when we move out of the area, we'll still bring our dogs here.

I've taken my dogs to Broadway Robbinsdale Pet Hospital for about 20 years. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very kind and understanding. They are not only knowledgable but sympathetic and empathetic when faced with difficult decisions. Dr Baker is absolutely wonderful. He is the one I have seen over the years. I recently saw Dr Mergener and she was also very nice. I wouldn't bring my dog anywhere else.
