The cat I had growing up was a regular at this vet, and the cat that came after was no different. My mother has trusted this veterinarian with both of our childhood cats, so I trust mine with them too!I've had two last minute, "Help!" visits to Westgate, and they've been extremely accommodating! You certainly pay for the quality of care that you receive, which is to say the care is top notch and the price is higher than some other veterinarians in the area. With this in mind, I believe it is worth it!The first "Oh NO!" visit was a few years ago when my cat had the symptoms of a UTI. Although initial tests came back ok, they still made some lifestyle and diet recommendations and gave me a prescription to a particular cat food that would help with his urination problem. The second visit was a week ago for the same reason. Immediately when Dr. Reed came in, she remembered all the notes and particulars about my cat from the last visit! She remembered that he was friendly to love, but not to being restrained, and recommended a sedative just for while he was there. She also remembered my work schedule, and agreed to hold onto him until they could collect a urine sample, and then allowed me to pick him up after work. I appreciated it so much! I always know my kitty will be in good hands there, and if something is too expensive I am vocal about it and they are very responsive to my financial constraints. The parking lot can get very busy (it's a small lot), and I have had to park on the street in order to get inside before, so keep this in mind for peak hours. (Especially if you have to carry a cat carrier in doors!) Read Less
