Do yourself and your companion a favor and stay away from these guys. I had a massive surgery done to my dog that after completion turned out to be totally unnecessary and actually caused lifelong damage. This was according to the out of office surgeon they sent me too after slicing my dogs back halfway open and not accomplishing anything other than permanent damage to her skin. Totally unprofessional, uncaring and will risk performing unnecessary surgery if it "helps them learn". Listen as far as I know that's what veterinary school is for. When I presented the awesome surgeon with paperwork from this clinic she was astonished as most of it was unreadable and the reasons and findings completely nonsense. Literal nonsense. Oh and they knew full well what they had done offering to pay out of their own pocket to see the surgical specialist. If that's not telling I don't know what is. All that and an incompetent rude front desk and you're foolish to step foot here.

FANTASTIC. This was the third animal hospital we tried in the area, after being disappointed by other overpriced and money-driven options, and this one was by far the best. They're incredibly kind, staying open late when my cat was really sick and other hospitals turned him down. We eventually had to put our cat down, which was really hard for our family. They, again, were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. The employees did everything to make the process as easy as possible, and even sent a hand-written sympathy card. They were very kind and efficient while taking care of our cat in all the stages of his life, and treated our family so warmly. They went the extra mile, and I highly recommend this hospital.

Great care. Highly recommend. They keep fantastic notes on previous visits and do follow ups. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, they tell you what you need to hear - and today, for me and Levi - it was to brush his teeth daily. Whoops, bad dog-mom. Really great care here, but a bit on the pricey side.

We have had great experiences at Village Animal Hospital, Dr. Morgan and all of the technicians have been great with our little Hammy. Very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

I brought my loved cat in to find out why she was having a difficult time breathing. As they were checking her out she panicked and a techs ring caught het fur and torn it, making a skin tear to her flesh 5" or more in length. They need to wear gloves when working on sick animials pets they are family to thoses who bring their pets to them. They are kind and I am sure felt all normal way to handle. Not for me as it caused my cat unneeded pain on her last day of like.

We have loved everything about Village and the wonderful people there--our dogs have been cared for by all the great doctors and techs. When our poor bitey rescue dog needs his nails trimmed, they know how to hold him down (and muzzle him) and get the job done-- as he lets loose with panic poops! That's beyond the call of duty. I keep waiting to hear them say, "We can't deal with Bertie anymore," but they cheerfully take charge of him every time, and we are SO GRATEFUL. Thanks, great people of Village Animal Hospital!

"DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS. All pet owners need to know the symptoms of ketoacidosis in diabetic pets" Unfortunately I did not until too late. I entrusted my little girl to a vet, who also did not recognize the symptoms. She was treated for indigestion and given a presriptions for medication..the final one for an appetite stimulant when she could no longer even keep down water. This is when I turned to the internet and found the obvious diagnoses but alas at this point too late and I lost my precious little friend through VET IGNORANCE For this I paid over $300.00 and ended up in the hospital because of my loss.

Hotvet and his staff have always treated our dogs with loving care. We have used the clinic for the last 26 years. The staff is always ready to help when the unexpected happens. One time the Dr. stayed after hours to do surgery on our dog. We were lucky to have found Dr. Hotvet and his staff to take care of our animals just as we want them taken care of. Thank you Dr. Hotvet and your staff for the years of caring and considerate service.

FANTASTIC. This was the third animal hospital we tried in the area, after being disappointed by other overpriced and money-driven options, and this one was by far the best. They're incredibly kind, staying open late when my cat was really sick and other hospitals turned him down. We eventually had to put our cat down, which was really hard for our family. They, again, were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. The employees did everything to make the process as easy as possible, and even sent a hand-written sympathy card. We have loved everything about Village and the wonderful people there--our dogs have been cared for by all the great doctors and techs. One time the Dr. stayed after hours to do surgery on our dog. We were lucky to have found Dr. Hotvet and his staff to take care of our animals just as we want them taken care of.
