Good pricing and very practical medical advice. The vets here are far more concerned with the comfort of your animal than what they can bill you for and aren't inclined to recommend unnecessary procedures.
I started using this place because my dog's previous owner brought him here. I initially planned on switching to somewhere closer to me (I live in Rochester) but have ended up sticking around for 4 years now because I like it so much.

Very courteous staff , short wait time . They treated my dog who had a broken toe nail and had a infection . Treated her very nice and were very gentle and knew she was in pain . Clipped her nails , gave her her new rabies shot and distemper . Two medications , one for the infection and one for pain . Walked out paying only $120 , which is very reasonable. Also heard from a friend who also goes their that neuter and spayed costs are very reasonable.

We happily drive here from Rochester for our little puppy. Over the weekend she got extremely sick and the Doctor came to our rescue on Saturday night. He took care of her all weekend and nursed her back to health. He kept us updated the whole time and truly went above and beyond. We are so thankful and could not ask for a better staff. We have a mini Aussie who recently had to have a tooth extracted. Their quote was the lowest and the final bill came in even lower than we expected which I feel is completely unheard of in the veterinary world. Their staff went above and beyond to educate me and calm my nerves about having her go under anesthesia. I was "that pet owner" who called several times during the day to get an update on her and they were so responsive, accommodating and patient with me. We noticed when we got her home that they even trimmed her toenails while she was under and didn't charge an additional penny. This is truly an amazing clinic with a wonderful honest staff. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl.

Thank you for getting her in on such short notice and treating her so efficiently. I left with very clear instructions from there team as far as medication dosing and follow up home care necessary. I used to drive the 30 minutes one way to take my animals to this vet--there are several dr.'s on staff and several helpful staff that can help out with small things over the phone and that is so appreciated. They were my furr-mily's vet for several years and treated my German Shorthaired Pointer from the time she was about three until she went to the rainbow bridge. In all the years I went here they took care of two dogs and four cats for me and I have very healthy animals compared to a lot of people I know. They performed the sterilization of a few of my kitties and they healed up wonderful. The have been the only vet my Labrador has known from the time he was a pup and he has some possible hip problems that we have discussed and I am always very appreciative of the approach they take with the care. They also take care of a ton of the livestock that are out in the farming community. I appreciate that they typically have in stock the medicine you need and can send you on the way. The prices put every other vet around the 50 mile radius to shame and I feel so grateful for that as I was able to take my animals to the vet instead of worrying about how I was going to pay for it....They had to remove a tumor from my dogs ear and it was only 85.00....a vet in AZ quoted me over 800 dollars to take care of this on my 13 year old dog.....and she was happy and healthy after the surgery and the ear healed up wonderfully....This is not the vet you want if you are high maintenance with the high maintenance animals that get massage and stay on doggie prozac---keep that business in the big town of rochester because you are as neurotic as those vets...half the people I know that use a big vet place in rochester have their animals on life-time medication and their animals are ill-behaved because they are starving them to death and keeping them all drugged up for disease they don't have.....I trust this clinic---I cannot say the same from what I have witnessed at other vets.

HORRIBLE people! We had a traumatic accident with our little chihuahua this morning and went there, come to find out, we had an OLD past due amount - and not a large amount - and I was questioned and badgered about this bill while standing in the lobby with my little 3# dog bleeding to death and suffering. I left home in a rish obviously and didn't grab a wallet or anything, so I couldn't pay them on the spot. They then left me standing in the lobby with her for a good 10 minutes before letting me go into a room. I have only been home for a couple of hours and they just called and asked me to come right back and pay them - and said if I don't, they will hold her body until I do and not send her for cremation. AWFUL PEOPLE! I worked as a tech for YEARS and we NEVER treated clients this way - regardless of money owed. We treated our clients and their pets humanely and with respect and compassion. I couldn't even grieve the loss of our pet for a couple hours without being called and threatened. I will tell EVERYONE I know!

We happily drive here from Rochester for our little puppy. Over the weekend she got extremely sick and the Doctor came to our rescue on Saturday night. I used to drive the 30 minutes one way to take my animals to this vet--there are several dr.'s on staff and several helpful staff that can help out with small things over the phone and that is so appreciated. They were my furr-mily's vet for several years and treated my German Shorthaired Pointer from the time she was about three until she went to the rainbow bridge. In all the years I went here they took care of two dogs and four cats for me and I have very healthy animals compared to a lot of people I know. They performed the sterilization of a few of my kitties and they healed up wonderful. The have been the only vet my Labrador has known from the time he was a pup and he has some possible hip problems that we have discussed and I am always very appreciative of the approach they take with the care. They also take care of a ton of the livestock that are out in the farming community. I appreciate that they typically have in stock the medicine you need and can send you on the way. The prices put every other vet around the 50 mile radius to shame and I feel so grateful for that as I was able to take my animals to the vet instead of worrying about how I was going to pay for it....They had to remove a tumor from my dogs ear and it was only 85.00....a vet in AZ quoted me over 800 dollars to take care of this on my 13 year old dog.....and she was happy and healthy after the surgery and the ear healed up wonderfully....This is not the vet you want if you are high maintenance with the high maintenance animals that get massage and stay on doggie prozac---keep that business in the big town of rochester because you are as neurotic as those vets...half the people I know that use a big vet place in rochester have their animals on life-time medication and their animals are ill-behaved because they are starving them to death and keeping them all drugged up for disease they don't have.....I trust this clinic---I cannot say the same from what I have witnessed at other vets.

HORRIBLE people! We had a traumatic accident with our little chihuahua this morning and went there, come to find out, we had an OLD past due amount - and not a large amount - and I was questioned and badgered about this bill while standing in the lobby with my little 3# dog bleeding to death and suffering. I left home in a rish obviously and didn't grab a wallet or anything, so I couldn't pay them on the spot. They then left me standing in the lobby with her for a good 10 minutes before letting me go into a room. I have only been home for a couple of hours and they just called and asked me to come right back and pay them - and said if I don't, they will hold her body until I do and not send her for cremation. AWFUL PEOPLE! I worked as a tech for YEARS and we NEVER treated clients this way - regardless of money owed. We treated our clients and their pets humanely and with respect and compassion. I couldn't even grieve the loss of our pet for a couple hours without being called and threatened. I will tell EVERYONE I know!
