I really love this vet clinic. I have a 12 year old kitty who has an ongoing condition, and Cats Pref has been amazing to work with to solve her problems. They truly care about cats and I always feel like I get top-notch information and care when I come in. Perhaps the only negative is the cost as I do think their care comes at a premium, but I'm clearly willing to spend the money when it comes to my fluffball. I also never feel shamed if I choose not to get a treatment, and the best thing is they print an estimate right up front so you're never blindsided by costs (why don't our medical doctors do that??!)

Our family has taken our cats to Cats Preferred since they opened. We had previously gone to another vet who misdiagnosed our kitten with an autoimmune disease, who also suggested euthanasia before we got too attached. We went for a second opinion with Dr. Sassen at Cats Preferred who diagnosed her with a food allergy. Our sweet Callie lived for over 20 years! Ever since then, we have taken our cats here. They offer loving and calm care for nervous cats. We would never go anywhere else!

Cats preferred has always been my place for my pets. They are very considerate when it comes time to have to your pet put down. 3 years ago my beautiful Oliver had to be put down. It was so emotional for my husband. and me. Everyone there was so helpful in dealing with this. Also when he had to have emergency surgery they took him the next morning from the emergency vet and keep him until I could take him home. THEY ARE THE BEST.

We have been bringing our cats to Cats Preferred for about ten years. We also have a dog, but we really like having a veterinary clinic exclusive to cats--no dogs causing the cats additional stress for their visits. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and, most importantly, their knowledge of cats is superior. We currently have three cats and all three have had their regular exams and surgeries (neutering and dental) done at Cats Preferred for their entire lives (they range in age from 8 to 10). All their veterinary services have been performed with care, expertise and excellent results, and at what we thought were very fair rates. They also go beyond the call of duty--one of our cats gets sick traveling in the car and inevitably messes up his carrier and himself every time. They gently clean everything up. And, the cats like the staff so much--they're so kind and gentle with them. Our highest praise to Cats Preferred!

My cat Tabitha is being treated at Cats Preferred for a couple of health problems. A blood test revealed kidney disease. Unusual in such a young cat. They are very well organized from the front desk to the Vet Techs to the Doctors. My visits go very smoothly. My cat can be aggressive when in unfamiliar surroundings. They are able to deal with her. Dr. Buckley is really great about keeping tabs on Tabitha. The Technicians are amazing! Very knowledgeable! Lots of patience in showing me how to do things. This is a great clinic!!

Cats Preferred is wonderful with a caring and professional team. Last year we went through a heart murmur scare and I'm so grateful for the knowledge and expertise of the providers. I'm grateful we were able to rule out heart disease. We use Cat's Preferred for Zoe's annual check up as well as occasional boarding. I am confident that she is well cared for. I highly recommend Cat's Preferred.

I have been bringing my cats here for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience other than things beyond the control of anyone other than God.

I really love this vet clinic. I have a 12 year old kitty who has an ongoing condition, and Cats Pref has been amazing to work with to solve her problems. They truly care about cats and I always feel like I get top-notch information and care when I come in. Perhaps the only negative is the cost as I do think their care comes at a premium, but I'm clearly willing to spend the money when it comes to my fluffball. Our family has taken our cats to Cats Preferred since they opened. We had previously gone to another vet who misdiagnosed our kitten with an autoimmune disease, who also suggested euthanasia before we got too attached. Cats preferred has always been my place for my pets. They are very considerate when it comes time to have to your pet put down. 3 years ago my beautiful Oliver had to be put down. It was so emotional for my husband. and me. Everyone there was so helpful in dealing with this. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and, most importantly, their knowledge of cats is superior.
