The vets here are amazing! I've been taking all four of my pets here for 15 years. The pets have gotten the best care here and have been healthier for each visit. Teeth cleaning and annual care is affordable with their Paw Plan for cats or dogs which makes small monthly charges so I avoid anylarge bills for health care maintenance. I brought 2 kittens in that my daughter found 'up north' in a box. Thsee folks were just great. Pet hospital? Well they seemed to have the knowledge, but it's was a routine check up... Really nothing I could complain about. No wait, friendly, fair and upfront prices. I set up a second appointment to have them fixed... Your whole vet staff has been so accommodating and caring. I have a foster dog who has/going through a lot at the U of MN Vet Hospital. I have used your office for blood draws and nail trimmings. The Vet from House Call Service is from Woodlake. He cared for my old girl through the last years of her life as Cushings Disease progressed. After she passed, this vet took care of moving the 91lb dog, cremation services, and all with the most care and respect that could be given. In life and death, they were there for me and my dog. Reasonable - low prices, great partners for specialty tests and care. Great place. Will use this vet exclusively. Read Less

My cat is 10 years old and was having some issues, we were very worried not only at what it might be but the expense. I called a few places and felt comfortable with Woodlake and it was nearby. Super friendly, non judgmental and very upfront about estimated cost. I was seen right away and the issue with my cat resolved and explained to me in plain English. They had a thing called the Paw Plan and it allows you to make a monthly installment for services that your cat would probably need over the period of a year. It wasn't insurance it was just a discounted package. They let me sign up on the spot and use it towards that days services, nice! Super easy, nice, willing to explain things, a great place to go. Honestly the only Vet office I've felt comfortable with. Also the local in house cat Gus helped my cat calm down, funny. Read Less
