I was mistreated by this doctor's vet clinic. I received horrible service, and then my animal was held hostage for payment (which I wanted to dispute given the bad service). Very unprofessional, very poor service. I will not be returning and would like a refund.

I am disgusted with this place. As another reviewer posted, upon picking my cat up from a 7 day boarding stay she was completely coated with urine and feces. I opened up the carrier they handed me her in and I almost threw up it smelled so bad. I walked to the front desk where they told me she probably just peed in the carrier because she was scared, which I went with. When I got home I was mortified. The smell was not from the cage but instead her fur. I went into a frenzy as my animal literally smelled like what I imagine the resurrected cat from Pet Semetary smells like. She also had significant blood caked on her paws which was likely from them hastily cutting her nails right before they gave her to me (probably just to charge me more). The scariest part about this as that the tech said they were just about to bathe her before I arrived. Had they done this I never would have seen the condition she was in prior. I can only imagine how she came to smell like that. NO ANIMAL SHOULD SMELL LIKE THAT AFTER LEAVING A BOARDING FACILITY. I contacted staff who snottily told me that because my cat scratched multiple employees they had a hard time handling her. So what, you made her lay in her feces for 7 days?
Absolutely disgusted. I will continue calling until I get answers and a refund. This place should be shut down.

The doctors are great. Prices, especially for vaccines are competitve with other clinics. If you're looking for a vet that will be there for the life of your animal I highly recommend Suburban animal hospital. The staff get to know each animal, and they feel like part of the family. They take the time to listen to your concerns and really do their best to serve you. Also have boarding options available, which is great if your pet needs daily meds as the techs and vets are there every day in case anything goes wrong.

While this was years ago, we had brought our bunny hear for boarding for a few days. When we came back to get him, his bottom fur was encrusted with urine and feces. We were appalled and never brought him back here (or any boarding facility) again. I felt a need to post this here now because of all of the positive reviews I saw in passing while looking for a vet for a new dog.

We were appalled and never brought him back here (or any boarding facility) again.
