I am so thankful for the staff and professional vets that work here. The care of my German shepherd puppy Juneau who had had some health issues and my Siberian husky puppy Sitka- who has been healthy, they have been very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable and I'm so appreciative. Through losing my husky Hunter 1.5 yrs ago, that had to be put down, they were all so good and compassionate, when I was very stressed and helped me through this. I had to bring in my dog for an emergency; it was a few minutes before they were going to close for the day.  The Vet and Vet Techs were extremely helpful, concerned, and compassionate.  They did everything that they could to help before sending us to the emergency hospital; they also called to check up on her even though we have never been clients there before.  I will definitely be using their services again. This vet clinic is great. The receptionist is always helpful and never makes me feel rushed. Same with the doctors. My Golden Retriever sees Dr.Jensen. She takes the time to answer my questions and explain. This is important to me. The groomer there obviously knows Goldens. My girl looks and smells good after her "spa day." Whatever you do-do not bring your golden retriever here for a groom. I specifically indicated several times when making the appt with Roxy and dropping her off with Roxy-that she is absolutely not to be cut or shaved under any circumstance. I just picked my golden up and to my disbelief, her hair was cut short everywhere and ears shaved and layered. She had a beautiful show coat and now looks like a lab. Her long, beautiful hair on her chest, ears, legs-all GONE! I am so angry and will never bring my dog back here-unacceptable. Read Less

I have so many good things to say about St. Boni. I had the privelage of working there, with some pretty amazing people. I still continue to bring my 4 dogs there. I trust them, 100%. My 15 year old Beagle, Lucy was just diagnosed with Insolinoma. It was very heart breaking to hear that news. However, she is in the best hands. Between the techs, Dr. Olson and Dr Jenson, I know without a doubt she will be very well taken care of. Thank you ALL for the love and care you put into the pets that come to you. We have been going here for years, and I think we are finally going to take the step and not come back. They used to have a few doctors, and some that were really nice and knowledgeable. I don't know what happened, because now they have all these different vets and a lot of part time vets that don't know us. Their staff have gotten more rude over the years, and their prices have increased. They like to charge you for "every little thing". Their equipment is outdated. They act like a "high-and-mighty" city vet with rude staff, OK doctors, and hi prices. Dr. Amy Sebelien doesn't know what she's doing with puppies. She rates them as having luxating patellas when they are normally developing. Read Less

Great Staff, Dr. and Nurses, I am very pleassed with the exam that my husky received and his checks for recent eye problems and also boarding. they have been very helpful and even though my dog is a little aggressive, they handled him in a sweet and positive way. very happy with their services and will continue to use their services.
