A clean welcoming environment, friendly staff, professional, knowledgeable veterinarians and vet techs who are patient and compassionate with pets and owners. We take our dog and cat to East Valley and have always had good experiences. Our dog has never let us clip her nails and other vets have really struggled with it. We used to only be able to do it when she was put under for teeth cleaning. She is completely at ease at East Valley Animal Clinic - happy as can be to let them clip her nails! I have brought all our pets here since 2003. Everyone of our pets has loved the Docs and vet techs here and they all know each other by name. As ridiculous as this sounds we have recently moved to Manhattan , but our cat and I still travel. Ack to all our friends T East Valley , for regular check ups and stuff. Love this place! East Valley Animal Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pets. From the time our dog was a youngster to the time we had to say goodbye, they took the best care of her. I am so relieved to have found this wonderful vet clinic! I am currently here in MN visiting for a couple of months and one of my dogs became pretty ill with some sort of gastric infection. Dr. Dudley was extremely thorough in her exam, looked at the records I brought with me, and contacted the vet back home for additional information. Together we decided on a plan of action and I was made to feel that Rosie's care was of the uppermost importance. Absolutely great! I live 30 minutes away, but I make the drive because they are the only docs and techs that I completely trust with my fur babies. The staff is excellent...friendly, compassionate, professional...and they genuinely care! Every time I go in with concerns, they patiently listen (even if I ramble) and address each aspect. Care or treatment options are discussed with openness and NO pressure or up-selling/pushing of products or unneeded procedures. Love seeing them. Hands-down the best vet clinic I've ever been to! This is a very professional businessI brought my dog here after a year of dealing with a problem that was caused by another clinicI can't say enough good things about this place. They had him healed in 2 month's..Thank you so much! The people are so nice ..And they take your pet and look at them before trying to hand you a bill and a lot of speculation... And that ment everything to me... You can tell that your pets health means more than just how much they can make in your moment of vulnerability ..
