Never ever going to this place again. My do was attacked by another dog and I went here since it was the closest vet and since my dog was bleeding out I didn't want to go far. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone helped and the was told "we don't know if we can fit you into the schedule" mind you my dog was dripping blood in the lobby still. Got my dog checked out and they sent us home with antibiotics and pain meds, but did nothing to stop the blood. Came back 12 hours later to drop him off and when I went to pick him up I could hear him whining the entire time while I was there, but no one bothered to even check with him even though they were "monitoring him" when I asked why is he still in a cage when I'm already here. Then they had the nerve to charge me more than the high end of the estimate. Why even have a high end if you are going to go over it? They wanted me to come back again to have a canine tooth pull so I went to my regular vet and they could believe this place didn't even bother to do an xray before electing to do an extraction. My regular vet told me the wound to his gum above the canine tooth will heal after a dental cleaning.

These guys are great! I’ve only been in the area for about 4.5 months and when we needed to bring our new pup in for Kennel Cough, this was the first place I tried. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was getting great service and everyone was so personable. So far they have seen my dog, Jenny, and my youngest cat Thor. They were so amazing with both! It’s just so nice to have found a vet that not only has great service but also has reasonable prices for care. Keep up the great work guys!

Marschall Road helped us from the beginning and diagnosed our puppy, Murphy, with Megaesophagus. After the diagnosis, they were able to answer all our questions along with researching the answers they didn't know right away. They always called to check up and to ask if we had any more questions. I was always very happy with our visits and so was our dog! She LOVES going to the vet. I'm so sad we are moving out of state and need to find a new vet. Even after telling them about our move, they said to continue to call if we had any questions. I highly recommend Marschall Road!

Honestly we can not say enough good things about this place. We've taken both our dogs to Marschall Road Animal Hospital and they've taken excellent care of both of them. They really do have the best interest for our pets in mind, and their costs are reasonable especially for the quality of care. Today we took our older dog for surgery and they took amazing care of her (she's currently happily snoring on the couch). They walked us through the whole thing beforehand and provided updates throughout the surgery so we wouldn't have any surprises afterwards (with Lucy or with the cost). We have and will continue to recommend them to fellow pet families.

This is such a great clinic! When I first moved to Shakopee I was looking at adopting a dog. To do that I had to bring my older cat in for updated care and shots. I was so pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and care they showed her. It's now been over 5 years and each time they show the same competence, love for animals and attention to detail that they did the first time to both my fur babies. I recently had to bring my kitty back in for dental care (extractions and cleaning). They could tell I was scared at her being put under and let me take some time in a private room to have my small meltdown. They called me several times throughout the day to update me and again the next day to check in. They even had her all bundled up in her kennel ready to go. Bottom line, I love this place and trust them completely with the health of my babies!

These folks are Wonderful!!! Dr. Rogers is very caring and provides us with all the information so we can make an informed choice as to how we would like to proceed with the treatment of our pup. They treat our girl so well and are so patient with her. Mark is awesome! You can tell he genuinely loves his job and the pets that come in. Mark is also very informative as well and can help you weigh out the pros and cons of each option. Our Soleil loves Mark so much, she gets super excited when she sees him and gets kind of giddy. Thank you for taking such great care of our Baby!

This is a great animal hospital! Tucker is my first dog I have ever had, so I am very new to all of this pet sort of thing. The workers here are all very friendly, and I can tell they love what they're doing. Tucker loves seeing everyone at his vet clinic! Whenever we drive up to it, he jumps out and pulls towards the doors! They make giving him shots and taking his temperature easy, and are good at distracting him. They are also very informative and give great information when you ask!I highly recommend this vet clinic! You won't be sorry!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this vet is!!! Our fur baby had a freak accident happen on a Friday night and the vet I have taken her to forever would not get her in, I couldn't believe it!!! I knew that she could wait until Monday to be seen and so I started calling around! Marschall Road Animal Hospital was the only vet that was willing to squeeze us in their busy Saturday schedule! Dr. Alli went above and beyond for us, even though we weren't patients of the clinic. The way we were treated and the way they took care of my fur baby was more then I could have ever asked for!! I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was...need less to say, they have gained and earned our business!!!!

These guys are great! I’ve only been in the area for about 4.5 months and when we needed to bring our new pup in for Kennel Cough, this was the first place I tried. Dr. Miller and staff were amazing when we had to put our girl down. They explained everything that we needed to know about her disease and what would happen. They are honest and caring. We have a second dog that they take care of too and called to check on him afterwards. Amazing staff!
