Their staff are genuinely caring towards pets and pet owners. We moved here recently because our other vet didn’t seem to care about my dog. Dr. Susan Lewis was wonderful. She called to check up on my dog even though she must be so busy. She actually cares. The best prices and so reasonable. They care about your dog first as their priority. She saved my dogs life when my other vet sent my baby home with nothing. Thanks so much! My cats have been going here for years and we've had great experiences every time. One was gravely ill with crystals in his urine, so he had surgery and a short recovery stay. They took great care of him and his surgery cost was very reasonable. We also board the kitties there when out of town, which is super convenient because they can give meds if needed. Again, cost is really reasonable for that too. I always get follow up calls from the vet to see how the fur babies are doing after any procedures/surgery. Plus they carry our rx food there and always have it in stock. Very friendly staff and in my opinion, the best prices around. We won't go anywhere else!

Best! It's been 12 years of service for my "baby boy" Golden Doddle. When he was a puppy he needed extensive surgery to ensure an enjoyable life. I was 22, just bought my 1st house and had little money and needed to find 6K for a UofM surgeon to do the work. I constantly worried about him after the surgery and brought him in frequently, they barely charged me even though they didn't make money from the surgery. He is almost 13 and likely has cancer. Dr. Lewis saw him over the years and gives you the factual information you need to make the right decision without any pressure or guilt. She also helped him recover from a Lymes bout that almost killed him. She was injured herself at a recent visit and rather than have my "baby boy" get up on the table, she got on the ground to draw his blood. While all the staff there have been friendly and good Dr. Lewis is by far the best. She cares so much about animals that I have been able to see the toll it can take after the 12 years. You will find "prettier places", but you won't find better care. Thanks to Dr. Lewis and the staff for being caring, kind, and good at your job to take care of my "baby boy" over the years.

I've been here about 6 times and I've had nothing but positive experiences from them. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They've removed a tumor from my dog, and did an excellent job at the lowest price around. Hospital visits are inexpensive, and the doctors genuinely care for your animals.
Update: They have raised their prices and only seem to care about making money now. My dog has had the same ear issue for 8 years of his life. It's very manageable with ear medicine about once every 5 months, but they refuse to give refills without paying for an office exam. They used to, but won't anymore. I am finding a new vet after 8 years and will never come back here.

My cats have been going here for years and we've had great experiences every time. One was gravely ill with crystals in his urine, so he had surgery and a short recovery stay. They took great care of him and his surgery cost was very reasonable. We also board the kitties there when out of town, which is super convenient because they can give meds if needed. Best! It's been 12 years of service for my "baby boy" Golden Doddle. When he was a puppy he needed extensive surgery to ensure an enjoyable life. I was 22, just bought my 1st house and had little money and needed to find 6K for a UofM surgeon to do the work. I constantly worried about him after the surgery and brought him in frequently, they barely charged me even though they didn't make money from the surgery. He is almost 13 and likely has cancer. I've been here about 6 times and I've had nothing but positive experiences from them. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They've removed a tumor from my dog, and did an excellent job at the lowest price around. Hospital visits are inexpensive, and the doctors genuinely care for your animals.
