One of the nicest surprises we’ve had since relocating in this area was finding WVC. They have exceeded all my hopes and expectations for a top veterinary practice, and my dog Gracie is a beneficiary of their many services, from wonderful grooming, to preventative testing and screening, as well as treatment for illness. They provide the special food Gracie requires and I am able to order other things on line, even when we are in Florida. All staff with whom we have interacted have been professional and caring, and this was exemplified by the terrific protocol they have instituted since COVID-19 required additional safety measures for both staff and patients and families. This is a top notch vet practice!

Great service as always. We love WVC. We’ve been going here for 20 plus years. All the staff are understanding and compassionate. We currently have and have had a lot of fur babies, who have had the good fortune of being treated at this clinic. Many with very odd conditions that were not easily diagnosed. Again, we love this clinic!

I've been going to Waconia vet for several years. I trust them completely with all of mu animals (and we have a lot!). I've moved from the area, but still drive 45 minutes for Dr. Harmes to care for my dogs. The gals that greet you when you walk, the techs, doctors and the behind the scenes people that answer the phone when they're swamped, I love that they go out of their way to care for my pets.

This office has never disappointed me. Everyone from the Veterinarians to the staff that work behind the desk are very caring about my pups when I bring them in. My main Vet is Dr Sutich, but I have worked with them all from time to time. They are always willing to work with you if your dog has idiosyncrasies, just let them know ahead of time:)

We see Dr. Harms as our regular vet for all of our pups. She is kind, gentle, open to questions and different approaches. She is happy to educate, welcomes questions and is tender hearted. She is confident in her abilities but not too confident that she won't refer you to someone with more expertise. Her follow-up is also stellar.
Brittany and Courtney take exceptional care of us as well! Sarah, Ashley, Denise and Lisa always make us feel welcome and help in any way they can.
Of course, all the other vets we have seen have been great too & the rest of the staff is supportive too!!
We are so happy & blessed to have such a fine clinic with wonderful staff in our community!!

Horrible with our Chow Chow. They didn't want to even deal with his breed, charged us $100 to groom him, and $95 to sedate him. Then they didn't even bathe him. They used a shaver on him and it looks ...
Horrible with our Chow Chow. They didn't want to even deal with his breed, charged us $100 to groom him, and $95 to sedate him. Then they didn't even bathe him. They used a shaver on him and it looks like the groomer is a blind woman with no feeling in her hands. The groomer and the vet were incredibly rude. I wouldn't trust them with a rabid raccoon, let alone a pet.

Even though we are not clients here, they were able to fit us in on a Saturday when it was apparent that our family member Zaboo needed help crossing the rainbow bridge. Dr. Harms, Joclyn (? - sorry if wrong - to many tears) and other staff were wonderful! Thank you for your caring, compassionate and comforting care at our difficult time. Would highly recommend this clinic based on the experience we had.

We did our first chick on puppy vaccinations at PetCo, for cost purposes, and decided to do their neuter at Waconia Vet Clinic. Great staff, made me feel so comfortable leaving this morning. We will be using Waconia Vet Clinic going forward!

After a not so great experience at our local vet, we were recommended from a friend to visit this vet. They were very friendly and professional, and very accommodating to help you set up a payment plan if need be. My dog had a painful double ear infection and a yeast infection and they were so good with him as they cleaned his ears (very painful for him) and gave him ear drops. They spent a lot of time with us, showing us how to properly clean his ears and answering our questions. Definitely recommend this vet to anyone!

This truly is a great Veterinary Clinic. I brought my Abby to Waconia Vet for almost 8 years and the staff always enjoyed seeing her from vaccinations to grooming they truly showed how caring they were from when she was a puppy to this past week when due to medical issues I had to make a difficult choice to stop her suffering. The staff was extremely supportive. I especially want to thank Dr. Cotten, Sarah, Dede and of course Shawna whom groomed Abby. You know when the staff cries along with you that they take the best care of you family member.

Dr. Dohm takes care of Vaccinations and teeth at the farm where I board.. He is organized, on time, has a quiet demeanor with the animals (who love him!) and he does a fantastic job! He is personable and answers our questions and knows what is up and coming in the field. It took him a long time to 'fix' some of the dental problems created by a former vet that was out of regular practice but still doing teeth. My horse doesn't drop his feed (and expensive supplements) all over the ground now. Also, he has the best assistant ~ Liz!

A very caring staff, and they have a cat and dog waiting room! Our cats were happy to know they would not be sitting with the black labs again.

One of the nicest surprises we’ve had since relocating in this area was finding WVC. They have exceeded all my hopes and expectations for a top veterinary practice, and my dog Gracie is a beneficiary of their many services, from wonderful grooming, to preventative testing and screening, as well as treatment for illness. After a not so great experience at our local vet, we were recommended from a friend to visit this vet. They were very friendly and professional, and very accommodating to help you set up a payment plan if need be. I brought my Abby to Waconia Vet for almost 8 years and the staff always enjoyed seeing her from vaccinations to grooming they truly showed how caring they were from when she was a puppy to this past week when due to medical issues I had to make a difficult choice to stop her suffering. He is personable and answers our questions and knows what is up and coming in the field.
