We love Dr. Urban! She is willing to literally sit on the floor with your dog and love them up before doing an exam. She is thoughtful of her actions to make sure that they are the best for the pet and the owners. The staff is amazing too! They are warm and welcoming and are always willing to answer questions and give your pet the attention that they deserve. Can I give more than 5 stars?

Both the vet and the technician at this clinic were wonderful. I had concerns about a small mass my cat had developed and they took my concern seriously while reassuring me that regardless of what it was, she would be taken care of. I felt like the staff all cared about my cat’s well-being and kept her comfort and my peace of mind as some of their top priorities.
I would highly recommend this practice!!!!

I am very happy with VCRAH! Dr. Urban has been my families vet for a few different dogs for the last 10+ years. Her facility and staff is exceptional. I moved to Western WI a few years ago and continue to make the trip to see Dr. Urban because I know my dog will receive nothing but the best care regardless of the situation of the visit.

Top notch all of the way. Walked in with my cat who was NOT happy about the (although short) car ride there and who had just gotten into a tussle with a coyote days before. They led us straight into the exam room and made Blanche feel right at home. Quick diagnosis and treatment. They held Blanche the entire time, were firm but gentle and completely professional. I've never seen her so comfortable at a vet appointment before. The Vet herself is excellent, she listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way I could totally understand. I am so happy to have found this place, it will be our new vet for life.

Great experience. My cat got very sick very quickly, and I went here when my regular vet couldn't fit him into her schedule. Got an appointment on very short notice, and I was very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Urban. Services were dispensed thoughtfully, pragmatically, and efficiently. My cat is nearly back to his former sassy self, and his care didn't cost the earth. I'd highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I was really impressed with Dr. Urban, her staff, and her facility. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Her clinic is beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and family because I know they'll be in good hands with Dr. Urban and her crew.

She is thoughtful of her actions to make sure that they are the best for the pet and the owners. The staff is amazing too! Both the vet and the technician at this clinic were wonderful. I had concerns about a small mass my cat had developed and they took my concern seriously while reassuring me that regardless of what it was, she would be taken care of. I felt like the staff all cared about my cat’s well-being and kept her comfort and my peace of mind as some of their top priorities.
