I think this place has a veterinarian and staff that do not care about the animals they keep! If you care about your pet at all DO NOT take them here for boarding and ESPECIALLY not for any serious medical issues! Our dog has a horrible UTI she can't pee and when she does its every five minutes and in the house and she strains and holds her hips like it hurts for her to pee, when she is taken outside to pee she doesn't pee at all but stays in the peeing position for a long pe...riod of time, hair loss and sores on elbows, squinches when we go pet her, because they didn't bathe her we had to give her a bath and when we attempted to wash in between her legs she tried to bite us, she puts herself in the kennel we have for her at home constantly, and she sits by our back door with her ears down like she's in trouble when she hasn't done anything wrong. HORRIBLE! If you love your pet at all do not take them here! All we did was board our dog for a 4 day weekend and she has a horrible UTI, she squinches when we try to pet her, she's tried to bite us when we gave her a bath, she has put herself in her kennel that we have at home many times, and because she has such a bad UTI she is CONSTANTLY peeing (tiny amounts) in the house. Vet lost my dog while I was on vacation in Florida. I had to return home immediately and look for her as the vet did NOTHING to find her. He said that he put up fliers but that was not true. He even had the color of the dog wrong. Am still looking for my dog that this terrible vet lost. Read Less

Dropped off my two dogs for boarding and teeth cleaning on a Monday. Immediately left for a vacation to Florida with my wife and five year old daughter. The next day I received a phone call from vet stating that one of my dogs had escaped and they needed me to help find her. I told them that I was currently at Disney World and that this was beyond inconvenient. Drove the 11 hours back home. Three hours out, vet called and told us that they found the dog. Upon arrival the vet told us that they didn't know where the dog was but that they had seen her in a cemetery. My wife and I went to look for her but the vet would not help. He claimed to have put signs out but there were none anywhere to be found. He claimed that he was not responsible for the dog escaping. I have spent the last two days searching for my dog and cannot find her. I have received absolutely no help from Luckett, nor have I received any apology or compensation for a five-day vacation ruined. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS BUSINESS! Read Less
