Took one of my precious rescue kitties, Milo, to their clinic yesterday. He had been having respiratory issues for the few weeks that we had him (and his brother). We had placed ads to find a forever home for him, but had had no luck. He was getting worse, and since I live on a small disability and unable to afford a vet, I was told on the phone that they would treat him if I signed him over. After struggling with the idea, I took him up there. They took him back immediately, and placed the paperwork in front of me to sign. Afterwards, I asked could they please let me know if he makes it and I was told no. Now, for heaven's sake, had I known that they won't even tell me something as simple as that, I would've kept him with me, done what I could and just prayed. THEY SHOULD TELL PEOPLE UPFRONT. I haven't been able to stop crying since, and I have to live with not knowing if he made it. I'm left to feel like I signed his death warrant and it's JUST NOT RIGHT. I had been to them before, for another pet of mine, but I will NEVER go to them again. I'm forever heartbroken over this. Read Less
