Dr. Diffy has been our vet for many years. She took care of our kitties from the date we got each of them until the day they each died. She is very caring and wonderful. She even made arrangements for their cremation and returned their ashes to us. We now have 2 new kitties and Dr. Diffy and her staff are doing a great job taking care of them! Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! I had to wait over 30 minutes after my appointment time to see the doctor. There was no apology given for this. After I told the doctor the issues my dog was having, he then started to take my dog to the back for the exam. I asked him why he couldn't exam my dog in the EXAM room with me present. He told me this was his policy, that he didn't want to have to deal with the pet owners. He gave an example that if he handles the dog in the way the owner doesn't like, he doesn't want to have to listen to that! WHAT!!!??? I told the doctor that my dog was already very nervous being at a new vet's office and I wanted to be present for the exam. He told me NO! I asked him if he would hand over his small newborn baby to a pediatrician for the doctor to take his baby to the back room and examine the baby in private! Of course not! All I can say is he must have lots to hide about how he handles animals if he will not allow the pet guardian to be present! When I told him I was not comfortable with this he began behaving like a teenage, waving at me and telling me "bye, bye"! I am still in shock over this! Read Less
