He loves animals, will help me think of natural and home remedies if I ask, and with any situation has helped me think through multiple options. Until today I loved this vet. I brought my puppy Maggie in today after I called Because I'm worried about her. When I got there Jennifer who is very sweet and I really like said that I was about to be called back and that y'all had meds ready for Maggie. I'm aware you received her report from the ER vet visit on Sunday morning, but you have not observed Maggie you've not listened to my observation of what is happening. We spent over $400 on Thursday Aug 25 at your clinic then another $200 on Sunday @ the ER vet. I drove all the way from Madison with my puppy who does not like car rides so much yet because I'm scared and worried about my baby. Yet no one took the time to see her or listen to me or watch the videos of what's happening to her. I'm beyond upset and angry about this. I've highly recommend your clinic since I had to bring my friend Dawn's dog Tiki to your office when she got ahold of meds while I was dog sitting for her. I switched from my long time family vet Dr. Coward to y'all because of how well y'all handled Dawn's dogs Maggie & Tiki. This is not the norm I'm sure, but today you lost my trust. I wanted to make sure you're are aware, and I know the loss of my business will not bother you. And my word of mouth complaints may not either. I'm ok with that, but I'm not ok with how My Puppy was Ignored today.Read Less

We have been patrons of AMC for over a decade. Dr. Majure is a very good vet. I haven't seen him there in a while though. He may have retired. Some on the other vets aren't as good. I dropped my dog off to get checked on because she is constantly scratching. They said she was just very dirty. I don't think anyone even looked at her. She has little bumps on her skin and her fur is thinning. It's definitely not dirt. She gets groomed every 6 weeks. I would recommend you make an appointment. Don't just drop the dog off! Read Less
