These people have always been wonderful to me and a series of pets. I began going to this clinic in the 1970's and the doctors who have it now have been taking care of my pets (cats and dogs) since the 90's. The staff is friendly and always does their best to work with me, even on busy days. They really care about us and our animals. They also offer the best value for the money. The fees are reasonable, and they don't do unnecessary procedures or try to sell you products or services to run up the bill. When I needed to stay within a budget they would do all they could, Times when I could afford the very best for my pets, they were still the best choice. This is my very often tried and very true vet clinic.  Over the years I have had a lot of pets, from feral rescued kittens to badly injured house cats.  The people at Jackson Animal Clinic are professional, respectful, and caring towards all clients and their pets.  When you first walk in, you will almost immediately see one of the vets or vet techs ready to help you.  They always make eye contact and patiently answer your questions, no matter how neurotic or seemingly obvious.  Whether its a serious surgery or just picking up a dose of flee meds, these people take the time to get to know you and your pets.  You can even call them and just ask them a simple question or raise a concern.  Good people, great service- you can definitely trust these people with your pets.
