This is intended for whomever might be considering entrusting the care of their small companions to Magnolia Animal Clinic:
Since taking over from Dr. Byrd l think about 8 years ago, Dr. Stringfellow has cared for the health of our 10 dogs.
Through the routine and also the inevitable Dr. Stringfellow has impressed us with his ability and intuition. Always fair and straightforward, we have been amazed that he is able to take time to explain well his observations despite the demands of the clinic. We consider him a friend.
As for the staff: through the years of course there has been a change of faces, as it is with any business. However, always the same professional, considerate and personable type has attended to our companions. That is to say; always the best. We appreciate them and thank them sincerely.
Most recently our three sibling pups who sought us out after being abandoned were afflicted with Parvo. Thanks to the extra-ordinary efforts of all at the clinic they are back home and well.
Leaving a lot left unsaid, we wish to gratefully thank you all

Dr. Dean is absolutely wonderful with all of my animals. A few years back I was told by a vet at Singing River that my cat needed to be put down. The vet seemed more interested in talking about how he knew my friend than helping my cat. After a long night of crying my eyes out I decided to get a second opinion and took her to Magnolia. Dr. Dean was absolutely wonderful! He spent time explaining to me what was wrong with my precious baby and ways to keep her healthy and happy.
It's been 2 years since our first visit. My cat is now 13 and still thriving! Thank you Magonila!

Took one of my dogs in to see why he's eating so much and still losing weight, and the veterinarian never even showed his face! Didn't come in the room and introduce himself, or consult with me at all...
Took one of my dogs in to see why he's eating so much and still losing weight, and the veterinarian never even showed his face! Didn't come in the room and introduce himself, or consult with me at all. Kept sending the assistant in with answers to my questions. Wasn't as if he was busy, there was only one other patient there other than my dog. Will never go back!

ATTENTION BULLDOG AND FRENCH BULLDOG fanciers *breeders * lovers. SAY Hello to the vet you should be using. Dr Dean has been delivering our French bulldogs and ENGLISH bulldogs for over 15 years. We are a family of show breeders so our babies are on the more extreem side. In all the time I've gone to Dr Stringfellow, I've NEVER lost a pup or a bitch. He is simply the best around. I would drive 2 hrs to use him. Won't ever take a bulldog anyplace else. He's also very very good with horses. He has the calm confident energy that causes horses to relax and go with the flow. He's an exceptional equine and canine vet. I love the old school country vets. If you do too call Dr Dean. He's simply the best vet ypu are likely to ever find.

Thanks Dr Dean, for being available on the 4th of July to help our horse, Dixie. Didn't know about you or Magnolia animal clinic till yesterday, but now that I do, y'all will be the first call if an emergency ever arises again, and the only vet in Lucedale we will use. Thanks again, hope you had a great 4th other than the few hours we pulled you away from your family and friends. We really do appreciate it.

This is intended for whomever might be considering entrusting the care of their small companions to Magnolia Animal Clinic:
Since taking over from Dr. Byrd l think about 8 years ago, Dr. Stringfellow has cared for the health of our 10 dogs.

Dr. Dean is absolutely wonderful with all of my animals. A few years back I was told by a vet at Singing River that my cat needed to be put down. The vet seemed more interested in talking about how he knew my friend than helping my cat. After a long night of crying my eyes out I decided to get a second opinion and took her to Magnolia. Took one of my dogs in to see why he's eating so much and still losing weight, and the veterinarian never even showed his face!
