I am rating this as 1 star so it will take my review. I have never seen such bad bookkeeping and if the office manager, Jazzman knows anything about horses she would know that 84 ml of Exceed would have either caused my horse to have colitis or antibiotic colic. If the vets there actually reviewed what was being done in the office in terms of billing they should have picked up on it. They are uncooperative with clients and act like you are stupid. I would not take my enemies horse there.

Very cheerful, courtious, and professional staff answering the phones. I have never been to the facility as they always come out to the farm.
Dr. McNeil is the GREATEST! He has been out to my farm several times for something as simple as yearly vaccinations to a serious as stiching someone up! Last night, he came out for one of my mares' maiden delivery. He is always on time, always extremely patient with me and my horses!
I wouldn't trust ANYONE else in the Madison County Area with my horses!
Oh yeah, how could I forget, I have NEVER recieved a bill that I felt that I was getting gouged or unfairly billed. How rare is THAT?

I am rating this as 1 star so it will take my review. I have never seen such bad bookkeeping and if the office manager, Jazzman knows anything about horses she would know that 84 ml of Exceed would have either caused my horse to have colitis or antibiotic colic. If the vets there actually reviewed what was being done in the office in terms of billing they should have picked up on it. They are uncooperative with clients and act like you are stupid.
