We were going almost every week with our Siamese who had liver cancer to get steroid shots for 3 months & once we had to make the most horrendous decision that it was her time to go we chose for a vet to make a house call, but the people at Mannsdale didn't offer any information or advice to make this decision easier & we lost her over a month ago & we haven't heard a word from them - we moved here from Atlanta & our vet there made a habit of checking on us if one of my 4 fur babies was sick........... clearly in this business for the money & your just a #............ can't express how disappointed we are with our experience with them & needless to say we've switched to a different vet!

After several unsuccessful visits to other local clinics, Dr Langston was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was plaguing our sweet boy, Huck. Her professionalism and kind demeanor meant the world to myself and my wife during a very trying time for our family. Not only are we satisfied with Dr Langston and the staff of the MAC, we always make sure to recommend them to all of our friends seeking an elite level of service for their furry friends needs in the metro area! Leaving 5 stars only because there is not a 6th. Highly recommend.

I cannot begin to express my affinity for this place!! They were absolutely delightful and fantastic! My husband and I went out of town for an extended period of time and every day of our 10 day absence we received videos and photos of our dog. She seemed VERY happy and VERY well taken care of! They have lots of options for boarding- prices and sizes of all sorts of amenities. They provide play time daily as well as multiple walks! It was more than we could have asked for! The staff and veterinarians were personable and a phone-call away! We never worried about her once- she was in good hands

It was the day after Christmas and our new puppy was not acting right. Our vet was closed for the week, so we had to go somewhere else. The staff at the MAC was incredible. Dr. Mills was kind and walked us through everything and help us and our puppy. We now will be taking our sweet pup there. I recommend anyone else too:)

And the staff even called to check on my baby for several days after he was seen. Excellent service!!

About 2 months, we rescued a little pit bull mix we named Lucky. Yesterday, we took Lucky to The MAC to get spayed and I've been so touched by the care she received. Nikki, her vet tech, doesn't know me from Adam and sent me a sweet picture of Lucky getting cuddles after her procedure. I even got another photo of an additional vet tech giving her kisses. The way it sounds, Lucky hardly spent any time in the kennel. I was just so touched by that because any dog owner is worried about their dog when they take them to the vet, even for a simple procedure. To get photos unexpectedly like that was the sweetest thing. It meant so much to me. It's great when you see people that really care within the profession that they affiliate themselves. Because of something as small as that, Lucky will never see another vet. And, hopefully, we can ask for Nikki next time. Thanks so so much, y'all. Just the sweetest thing.

I very seldom write reviews, especially when they aren't positive. However, I feel that I need to write this so that what happened to me will not happen to someone else. My fur baby had to be put to sleep to end her suffering, Dr. Wilson administered the dosage required to end her suffering. He was sympathetic and cariing. As you can imagine, this was a very hard time for me. My fur babies are part of the family and as I do not have children, they are very much like my children. I know some people might find that hard to imagine but for those of you that don't, you are the ones that will understand why this was so upsetting to me. I left Emma with the clinic for them to send her to be cremated. I asked them to make sure to get a paw print and a lock of her hair. Dr. Wilson said that Best Friends didn't do that any longer but the Clinic had what was necessary to make the paw print and that they would clip a lock of her hair. He assured me that this would not be a problem and that it would be taken care of. I went to pick up her ashes today and to my surprise there was no paw print and no lock of hair. It was very upsetting to pick up her ashes (I had been putting it off for several weeks) and to find out that my wishes had not been followed was very hurtful. Dr. Wilson finally came out and said that Best Friends no longer did the paw print or cut a lock of hair. I refreshed his memory that when we were putting her to sleep, he said he would be happy to make a paw print and cut a lock of her hair. I could see on his face that he remembered but had not followed through with what he told me he would do. To make matters worse, he was unapologetic and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "what do you want me to do". Dr. Wilson, I wanted you to do what you told me you would do. This may not be a big deal to you and just another thing that got screwed up, but to me, this is a big deal. I have 9 other little boxes that contain ashes from all of the pets that I have lost over the last 30 years. They all have a paw print and a lock of hair. How disappointing, that your lack of follow through leaves Emma's little box without.......

This is by far the best and nicest Vet clinic that I have ever been to. Dr. Wilson and Mills were very professional and helpful, they actually took their time to exam my dog and explain the procedures and medications instead of rushing like most vets do. The other staff were very friendly also. I will forever be using this clinic.

I cannot begin to express my affinity for this place!! They were absolutely delightful and fantastic! My husband and I went out of town for an extended period of time and every day of our 10 day absence we received videos and photos of our dog. She seemed VERY happy and VERY well taken care of! They have lots of options for boarding- prices and sizes of all sorts of amenities. They provide play time daily as well as multiple walks! It was more than we could have asked for! The staff and veterinarians were personable and a phone-call away! We never worried about her once- she was in good hands

It was the day after Christmas and our new puppy was not acting right. Our vet was closed for the week, so we had to go somewhere else. The staff at the MAC was incredible. Dr. Mills was kind and walked us through everything and help us and our puppy. We now will be taking our sweet pup there. I recommend anyone else too:)

About 2 months, we rescued a little pit bull mix we named Lucky. Yesterday, we took Lucky to The MAC to get spayed and I've been so touched by the care she received. Nikki, her vet tech, doesn't know me from Adam and sent me a sweet picture of Lucky getting cuddles after her procedure. I even got another photo of an additional vet tech giving her kisses. The way it sounds, Lucky hardly spent any time in the kennel. I was just so touched by that because any dog owner is worried about their dog when they take them to the vet, even for a simple procedure. To get photos unexpectedly like that was the sweetest thing. It meant so much to me. It's great when you see people that really care within the profession that they affiliate themselves. Because of something as small as that, Lucky will never see another vet. And, hopefully, we can ask for Nikki next time. Thanks so so much, y'all. Just the sweetest thing.

I very seldom write reviews, especially when they aren't positive. However, I feel that I need to write this so that what happened to me will not happen to someone else. My fur baby had to be put to sleep to end her suffering, Dr. Wilson administered the dosage required to end her suffering. He was sympathetic and cariing. As you can imagine, this was a very hard time for me. My fur babies are part of the family and as I do not have children, they are very much like my children. I know some people might find that hard to imagine but for those of you that don't, you are the ones that will understand why this was so upsetting to me. I left Emma with the clinic for them to send her to be cremated. I asked them to make sure to get a paw print and a lock of her hair. Dr. Wilson said that Best Friends didn't do that any longer but the Clinic had what was necessary to make the paw print and that they would clip a lock of her hair. He assured me that this would not be a problem and that it would be taken care of. I went to pick up her ashes today and to my surprise there was no paw print and no lock of hair. It was very upsetting to pick up her ashes (I had been putting it off for several weeks) and to find out that my wishes had not been followed was very hurtful. Dr. Wilson finally came out and said that Best Friends no longer did the paw print or cut a lock of hair. I refreshed his memory that when we were putting her to sleep, he said he would be happy to make a paw print and cut a lock of her hair. I could see on his face that he remembered but had not followed through with what he told me he would do. To make matters worse, he was unapologetic and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "what do you want me to do". Dr. Wilson, I wanted you to do what you told me you would do. This may not be a big deal to you and just another thing that got screwed up, but to me, this is a big deal. I have 9 other little boxes that contain ashes from all of the pets that I have lost over the last 30 years. They all have a paw print and a lock of hair. How disappointing, that your lack of follow through leaves Emma's little box without.......

Probably the most knowledgeable, professional, veterinary staff in town! And by far the nicest facilities! They take boarding to a NEXT level of luxury! If there was a Hilton for animals, this is it!

Dr. Wilson and Mills were very professional and helpful, they actually took their time to exam my dog and explain the procedures and medications instead of rushing like most vets do. The other staff were very friendly also. I will forever be using this clinic.
