After several unsuccessful visits to other local clinics, Dr Langston was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was plaguing our sweet boy, Huck. Her professionalism and kind demeanor meant the world to myself and my wife during a very trying time for our family. Not only are we satisfied with Dr Langston and the staff of the MAC, we always make sure to recommend them to all of our friends seeking an elite level of service for their furry friends needs in the metro area! I really appreciated the videos they sent me every day while Rebel was boarded there for a week. The cat condos are roomy and it is great that they are allowing exercise time on the cat trees. I wish they had done a better job of keeping this persian's eyes cleaned. Read Less

13 wks ago we experienced a huge loss when we lost one of our fur babies & so I'm extremely gun shy about taking my other babies to a vet, with that said this place is Amazing......... they put you at easy right off the bat as well as your fur baby & take time with you & answer as many questions you might have........I would've given more stars if possible! 🐱❤ Read Less

They are service oriented in a way you don’t normally experience at a vet. The place is designed more like a nice restaurant than a vet - smells good, music, greeting, etc. Very nicely decorated. And on top of that they do the same level of vet work at the same prices as you would see elsewhere. Read Less

I cannot begin to express my affinity for this place!! They were absolutely delightful and fantastic! My husband and I went out of town for an extended period of time and every day of our 10 day absence we received videos and photos of our dog. She seemed VERY happy and VERY well taken care of! They have lots of options for boarding- prices and sizes of all sorts of amenities. They provide play time daily as well as multiple walks! It was more than we could have asked for! I live in Arkansas but was in Madison visiting when my dog became very ill. They let us in right at closing time. The doctors and the staff were so caring and thoughtful. The doctor spent a lot of time with us that most would not have done. This clinic is way above normal in many ways. I will always remember them. Read Less

It was the day after Christmas and our new puppy was not acting right. Our vet was closed for the week, so we had to go somewhere else. The staff at the MAC was incredible. Dr. Mills was kind and walked us through everything and help us and our puppy. We now will be taking our sweet pup there. I recommend anyone else too:) Read Less

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mills and the rest of the staff!! Everyone is so friendly and caring. My yorkie was sick for several days, and Dr. Mills was very thorough and patient with him while he figured out what was going on. He was great at explaining everything. About 2 months, we rescued a little pit bull mix we named Lucky. Yesterday, we took Lucky to The MAC to get spayed and I've been so touched by the care she received. Nikki, her vet tech, doesn't know me from Adam and sent me a sweet picture of Lucky getting cuddles after her procedure. I even got another photo of an additional vet tech giving her kisses. The way it sounds, Lucky hardly spent any time in the kennel. I was just so touched by that because any dog owner is worried about their dog when they take them to the vet, even for a simple procedure. To get photos unexpectedly like that was the sweetest thing. It meant so much to me. It's great when you see people that really care within the profession that they affiliate themselves. Because of something as small as that, Lucky will never see another vet. And, hopefully, we can ask for Nikki next time. Thanks so so much, y'all. Just the sweetest thing.Read Less

I very seldom write reviews, especially when they aren't positive. However, I feel that I need to write this so that what happened to me will not happen to someone else. My fur baby had to be put to sleep to end her suffering, Dr. Wilson administered the dosage required to end her suffering. He was sympathetic and cariing. As you can imagine, this was a very hard time for me. My fur babies are part of the family and as I do not have children, they are very much like my children. I know some people might find that hard to imagine but for those of you that don't, you are the ones that will understand why this was so upsetting to me. I left Emma with the clinic for them to send her to be cremated. I asked them to make sure to get a paw print and a lock of her hair. Dr. Wilson said that Best Friends didn't do that any longer but the Clinic had what was necessary to make the paw print and that they would clip a lock of her hair. He assured me that this would not be a problem and that it would be taken care of. I went to pick up her ashes today and to my surprise there was no paw print and no lock of hair. It was very upsetting to pick up her ashes (I had been putting it off for several weeks) and to find out that my wishes had not been followed was very hurtful. Dr. Wilson finally came out and said that Best Friends no longer did the paw print or cut a lock of hair. I refreshed his memory that when we were putting her to sleep, he said he would be happy to make a paw print and cut a lock of her hair. I could see on his face that he remembered but had not followed through with what he told me he would do. To make matters worse, he was unapologetic and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "what do you want me to do". Dr. Wilson, I wanted you to do what you told me you would do. This may not be a big deal to you and just another thing that got screwed up, but to me, this is a big deal. I have 9 other little boxes that contain ashes from all of the pets that I have lost over the last 30 years. They all have a paw print and a lock of hair. Dr. Wilson and Mills were very professional and actually took their time examining my dog and explaining the procedures and medications unlike most vets. The staff were very helpful and friendly also. I will forever be using these guys. Read Less
