I very seldom write reviews, especially when they aren't positive. However, I feel that I need to write this so that what happened to me will not happen to someone else. My fur baby had to be put to sleep to end her suffering, Dr. Wilson administered the dosage required to end her suffering. He was sympathetic and cariing. As you can imagine, this was a very hard time for me. My fur babies are part of the family and as I do not have children, they are very much like my children. I could see on his face that he remembered but had not followed through with what he told me he would do. To make matters worse, he was unapologetic and shrugged his shoulders as if to say, "what do you want me to do". Dr. Wilson, I wanted you to do what you told me you would do. This may not be a big deal to you and just another thing that got screwed up, but to me, this is a big deal. I have 9 other little boxes that contain ashes from all of the pets that I have lost over the last 30 years. They all have a paw print and a lock of hair. How disappointing, that your lack of follow through leaves Emma's little box without.......Read Less
