I am a longtime customer of All Animal and can not think of a better place for my pets. Both of my dogs have been well cared for over the dozen years I've been taking them there. All of the staff is wonderful, friendly and very customer service oriented. Dr. Cox is the best, period! He routinely calls a day or two after our appointment to check on Sadie or Spike. I have taken my Schnauzers to Dr Cox since 2004. He is a very compassionate and knowledgeable vet and the staff is wonderful. Any time I call and leave a message, Dr Cox calls me back and never seems rushed. If one of my dogs has surgery, he will call the next day to see how they are doing. I highly recommend this clinic. I love All Animal Hospital and have taken my "babies" there since they opened their doors in 1998. Dr. Cox saved my rat terrier Buttons on two different occasions after she was attacked by coyotes. In one incident, her leg was nearly torn off. He re-attached the leg and put a pin in the joint. Buttons lived happily and healthfully until the age of 14. I have three dogs now that are all patients of All Animal Hospital. I take them for their yearly check-up and any other needs that we have. Their staff is caring and professional. I like the new doctors that have joined the staff. They also provide excellent care. I don't think that there is a better veterinary clinic in all of North Mississippi. Happy Healthy Babies! My first experience with All Animal Hospital was with a small dachshund that had her lungs perforated by either a large dog or coyote. It was around 5 a.m. and I left a message on the voice mail that was quickly responded to by Dr. Cox. I explained the situation and he met me at his office shortly afterward, operated on her and saved her life. She was later attacked by another dog that ripped off large amounts of her skin. Once again, her stitched her up and saved her. Any operation he did not feel comfortable in performing, he referred me to clinics that could. We have had many dogs and cats over the years and the only complaint I have had was that it was sometimes difficult to get an appointment because so many people feel the same way I do, keeping Dr.Cox and the other doctors very busy. I tried to use another clinic because I could get in and out faster but the care was sub-par and over priced, so I returned a few years back and will never consider going elsewhere again. Read Less

Changing Veterinary Clinics today. I have been more than patient with All Animal.Heres the short list.Girls behind counter are rude and have forgotten me on two occasions with me sitting right in front of them for 45 minutes.Scheduled me with Dr. away and no one there to give a ck. up and shots.That was another long wait.I have a rescue dog that is a biter when it comes to the vet.They act like they have never dealt with this before.It takes forever for them to take my money,really people that is the one thing you should be good at and they can't handle that.Yeah the past 2 or 3 years have been awful at this place.Drs. are good its the receptionist that need help they are more concerned about what they did over the weekend than actually doing their job.Front end is where I have had most of my problems. It means what it says "ALL ANIMALS" They all were very courteous and very affectionate with our Reese we couldn't be more pleased. The Drs. in the vet office are beyond wonderful; I would highly recommend!! However, the boarding facility behind the vet office, Paws Inn & Suites, was horrible. 1st of all, they would not allow us to go in the back to look around where our "babies" would be boarded. 2nd of all our feeding instructions were not followed, nor was instructions followed for giving meds to one of our babies. Way too much food and meds left over when we picked them up. They also did not follow our instructions to let our babies go outside together. When we picked up they had trouble finding beds, toys, etc... will never board again thanks to this experience!! Read Less
