Having only lived here 6 weeks ago, we had not gotten a new vet yet. We had a very old dog (Ace) who had taken a turn for the worse and after much deliberation it was time to put him to sleep. I called and got worked in immediately. When I got there, the two girls from the front desk came out and carried Ace into the office, as he couldn't walk and weighed 70+ lbs. They brought the paperwork to me so that I could stay with Ace and even got a bottle of water for me. The vet came in and examined Ace and talked with me to make sure I understood what would be happening. They gave me plenty of time to say my goodbye. The vet came in and talked to both Ace and me as he was giving the shots. He was extremely caring and sensitive! He explained that they cremate the pet and spread their ashes in a garden, which was a great comfort to me. Everyone who i came across expressed their condolences to me. Then today, six days later, in the mail i got a sympathy card hand signed by everyone one in the practice along with a caster mold of Ace's paw print. I was so touched by the level of caring by everyone in the practice! We will definitely be taking our miniature pinscher there for all her medical needs. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for the respect and loving care they have shown to my family!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!

They man handled my Great Dane that was in terrible pain after me telling them I would get him out of truck and he bit them . Absolutely horrible! No professionalism and no expertise! Dr. Frazier saved my Westies' life a year ago with a diagnosis that another local vet totally missed a couple days earlier that nearly cost her life. A year later, removed bladder stones from my girl. He went well above and beyond on both occasions to bring her back to health. I'm thrilled to see him opening an additional office on Getwell Road very close to my home.

We have 7 animals (3 boxers and 4 cats) and they have all been going to see Dr. Frazier at DCAC since they were babies. They are excellent and have always given us and our babies exceptional care. Dr. Frazier is an excellent vet and seems to really care about the animals and I can't say anything but great things about him and the other vets that we have seen there in the past, as well as the staff.. ALL super sweet! Even at times of an emergency they went above and beyond to take care of our babies for us. Thanks DCAC and Dr. Frazier , you guys are amazing + all of our doggies love y'all as well!

Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here.After our cat was attacked by two dogs, we took him here with little hope of him being able to be fixed. Quickly they rushed our cat to the back and said he could be fixed. I honestly thought no way, this doctor must overestimate his skill. Was I ever wrong!! After a SIX hour surgery, Mittens was stable. He had to have a massive amount of work done. I do not personally believe many doctors would have attempted this. More so than the doctors competence, was the entire staffs true love of animals. You can see it in everyone's eyes. They felt horrible for our cat, and just wanted to save him. After the surgery, we kept our cat there to heal (it's an outside cat and preferred it stayed till fully healed). Every day, I was called with an update, and was allowed to come visit daily, with my son, and wife. By their reactions and comments, I have no doubt they gave our Mittens attention every day. And personally believe they all cared about him. And have since been called to make sure he is ok, and adjusting well.

My cat had an open hole in his neck - from an abscess that we had no idea was there. We were so worried! Dr. Frazier was absolutely wonderful... He is definitely an animal lover and took a lot of time talking to me. He did a great job on Mr. Kitty's sutures and when I picked him up he seemed very at ease (not just due to the medication). The staff is so kind and professional! They even called me a couple of days later to check on him. We lost Dr. Gaines, our previous vet, but Steve Gaines recommended this clinic to us. We are very happy he did! Update: the sutures came out and the wound healed beautifully. Thank you Dr. Frazier and staff!

After taking up so much of the doctors time, I thought my bill was gonna be really high, but I was surprised. I think they try to keep there prices low cause they care about the animals, not about making tons of money. Thanks Dr. Frazier!!

Both of the doctor's here are great! They are knowledgeable and so is their staff! They are always courteous and take time to answer my questions. I called around for prices before choosing this vet clinic, and no only are they the greatest vets ever, they are also reasonable in their pricing. As a matter of fact, they were cheaper than most every where else I called. I have never had a dog before and by the time my puppy received all of her shots, I felt like the most educated man on earth! They really explain things to you!!

They take great care of my pets! Have been going there 5 years. Dr. Fleming is wonderful with all four of my pets. Staff is always helpful and caring. I drive past other vet clinics and well worth the drive. My pets board there when I'm out of town and they take such good care of them. They even gave me a report card to let me know how they did. They go above and beyond. Definately, recommend!

Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go here.After our cat was attacked by two dogs, we took him here with little hope of him being able to be fixed. Quickly they rushed our cat to the back and said he could be fixed. I honestly thought no way, this doctor must overestimate his skill. Was I ever wrong!! After a SIX hour surgery, Mittens was stable. He had to have a massive amount of work done. I do not personally believe many doctors would have attempted this. More so than the doctors competence, was the entire staffs true love of animals. You can see it in everyone's eyes. They felt horrible for our cat, and just wanted to save him. After the surgery, we kept our cat there to heal (it's an outside cat and preferred it stayed till fully healed). Every day, I was called with an update, and was allowed to come visit daily, with my son, and wife. By their reactions and comments, I have no doubt they gave our Mittens attention every day. And personally believe they all cared about him. And have since been called to make sure he is ok, and adjusting well.

My cat had an open hole in his neck - from an abscess that we had no idea was there. We were so worried! Dr. Frazier was absolutely wonderful... He is definitely an animal lover and took a lot of time talking to me. He did a great job on Mr. Kitty's sutures and when I picked him up he seemed very at ease (not just due to the medication). The staff is so kind and professional! They even called me a couple of days later to check on him. We lost Dr. Gaines, our previous vet, but Steve Gaines recommended this clinic to us. We are very happy he did! Update: the sutures came out and the wound healed beautifully. Thank you Dr. Frazier and staff!

I love this clinic! Their staff is very friendly and Dr. Frazier is great! He takes the time to sit and talk to you about any concerns. My dog loves him!! I recommend everyone to go see him!

At my old vet, I just felt like a number, but not here. I actually feel like they care about me and my pets. Been coming to this vet for years. Met the new doctor this week. He was awesome. I had to wait for awhile but it was well worth it. He spent time with both my pet, and me. After taking up so much of the doctors time, I thought my bill was gonna be really high, but I was surprised. I think they try to keep there prices low cause they care about the animals, not about making tons of money. Thanks Dr. Frazier!!

Both of the doctor's here are great! They are knowledgeable and so is their staff! They are always courteous and take time to answer my questions. I called around for prices before choosing this vet clinic, and no only are they the greatest vets ever, they are also reasonable in their pricing. As a matter of fact, they were cheaper than most every where else I called. I have never had a dog before and by the time my puppy received all of her shots, I felt like the most educated man on earth! They really explain things to you!!

They take great care of my pets! Have been going there 5 years. Dr. Fleming is wonderful with all four of my pets. Staff is always helpful and caring. I drive past other vet clinics and well worth the drive. My pets board there when I'm out of town and they take such good care of them. They even gave me a report card to let me know how they did. They go above and beyond. Definately, recommend!
