Today was probably the WORST experience I've ever had at VET clinic. I didn't catch her name but she the big lady in the front desk, she was flat out RUDE. The dr. was ok but the vet tech (blonde head...
Today was probably the WORST experience I've ever had at VET clinic. I didn't catch her name but she the big lady in the front desk, she was flat out RUDE. The dr. was ok but the vet tech (blonde headed) acted like she really hated her job. She was NOT friendly at all. Its already bad enough that I was in there because my puppies were sick but then having to deal with the people that actual work there was awful. Bottom line is if you hate your job that much > QUIT. If your not feeling your best> call in sick. Don't go to work with a bad attitude!!!!! Its not professional at all. I don’t care how long a clinic been in business for RUDE is RUDE. Overall I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. FIRST AND LAST for me.

This place is horrible. A friend told us to go here, she runs a pit rescue group at which she said that we could use her discount, no problem, we get there everything goes well until by dog peed no problem I was going to get it up, she asked me was he denutted and I told her no. She was very very rude with me cause he still has his puppy makers. My dog has heartworms. I not killing my dog for nothing. The are killing his breed out I'm not letting that happen.

I am very disappointed at the lack of care of my 7yr old German Shepard. I took my pet in to get boarded for 2 days and to get checked out. I took him in for a urinary tract infection and his hind leg...
I am very disappointed at the lack of care of my 7yr old German Shepard. I took my pet in to get boarded for 2 days and to get checked out. I took him in for a urinary tract infection and his hind legs were hurting him. I was told the doctor was going to be watching him very closely. I went to go check on him 2 days later (Sunday). Thankfully the kennel operator was there letting the dogs out. My dog had swelling all around his legs and when we stated this is not how we brought him in she acted as if she didn’t see the swelling. I took my dog to the ER and it turns out he had a full bladder from not being able to urinate from a cancerous prostate. We ended up having to put down our dog and I understand it was from the cancer but why was he not being monitored like they said? Come to find out that not only was he not being watched closely but the doctor was on vacation and was completely unaware of my dogs condition. I am very upset with how the staff handled the situation telling us after the fact when we came in to pick up his ashes after having him cremated that it didn’t matter how they cared for him because “it would have been the same result anyway”. I will NEVER go back there and if you want a place to board and care for your dog...it’s not here. R.I.P. buddy, you are missed.

These guys have been taking care of our family dogs for the past 13 years and they have been wonderful. From our regular shots to surgeries. Even the times that we have needed the help to have our dog...
These guys have been taking care of our family dogs for the past 13 years and they have been wonderful. From our regular shots to surgeries. Even the times that we have needed the help to have our doggies babies need some help to cross the rainbow bridge. From boarding and simple questions they have been just what we needed.

Today was probably the WORST experience I've ever had at VET clinic. I didn't catch her name but she the big lady in the front desk, she was flat out RUDE. The dr. was ok but the vet tech (blonde headed) acted like she really hated her job. She was NOT friendly at all. This place is horrible. A friend told us to go here, she runs a pit rescue group at which she said that we could use her discount, no problem, we get there everything goes well until by dog peed no problem I was going to get it up, she asked me was he denutted and I told her no.
