I brought my dog in to have a lump on her leg removed on 5/14/15. He didn't have an assistant, and asked my fiance to hold his hands under her belly, because he was going to give her an anesthetic and warned us that she would drop to the floor. After about 15 minutes, Van Alstine approached our truck and asked for a cigarette. When we told him no, he said we needed to move our truck, "because he had people coming." (His parking lot was completely empty besides his car and our truck. And then he left, we left shortly after.
My fiance and I have scheduled an appointment and decided to pay Petsmart to remove her stitches, although we have already paid Van Alstine. It was a horrible experience that nobody should ever be subjected to. Read Less
