Mark Hale is amazing with our pets. He always explains things thuroly and shows great care and concern for each of them. The vet techs and receptionists are always smiling and they have all been there a long while. We appreciate all of these people for the work they do and the empathy they show us in good time and bad. This man and his entire staff is awesome. They take the time to do what needs to be done..They are the best I could not dream of taking our animals any where else..He got bite by moms Great Dane and still cared for her so loving..Thank you for being such a great caring place for people to bring their beloved pets..You all are awesom Read Less

Thanksfacebook.com/allcreature…My ex-wife and I operated a business in Bolivar from 2001 thru 2008. During my ownership of that business, Abby from All Creatures Animal Clinic did business with me on a regular basis and I discounted her transactions more than she ever knew. We had a good working relationship. Abby trusted my with her valuable shipments to her sister.In 2008, My wife and I separated. I filed for divorce. Our business closed.I moved into an apartment in Bolivar and my children visited me weekly. In the meantime, I was paying $583/month in child support, from the $1200/month I was able to bring into the house. With what money was left, I had to pay rent, electric, water, sewer, and trash. As well as gas to bring my kids to see me, and food to feed the kids when they were with me.During the 2 1/2 years it took for my divorce to be granted, I NEVER missed a visit with my kids, and I was NEVER late with my child support, and fought to get custody of my children. Their mother now has supervised visitation and I have legal and physical custody.One day I was going to get my kids, and I saved a little dog from being run over and decided to keep him until I could find his owner, or another home. I asked Abby at All Creatures to extend credit to me in the amount of $110, so I could have the little dog examined and wormed. I explained my situation to Abby personally, and I really thought that since she had known me for so long, and I had discounted her packages for so many years, that she would trust me to pay the $110, even if it took a while.A few months after that, a friend came to me and told me that Abby had told her that I was unfit to have a dog! She also told her about my debt, and my failure as of then to pay. I had 2 more friends tell me similar stories about things Abby had said about me.A few months after that, I was in Wal Mart in Bolivar with my new girlfriend, (who I later married). I was looking for some fish food to get for my Daughter's birthday, for the fish she had at her Mother's house. I had to look under car seats, couch cushions, and parking lots, to buy the fish food. It was VERY inexpensive.Abby saw me in Wal Mart at the pet area. She said hello to me and proceeded to scream at me about the $110, and screamed that I had abandoned my children and had not paid any child support. She called me worthless and called me several four letter words. Rather than confront her, I turned and walked away from Abby without saying a word. I simply wanted the attack to end.I was hurt and upset that Abby, AN 8 YEAR LONG CUSTOMER OF MINE, would or could believe ANY of what she had accused me of in Wal Mart, or that I would not pay her the $110 I owed her business.I have waited a few years now. A good friend told me that he informed Abby the complete story that I fought for my children and won custody, and that I was never behind in my support.To this day, I still owe All Creature's Animal Clinic the $110. I have NEVER received an apology for the awful things that Abby screamed at me in a very public place, or for the SLANDEROUS rumors she spread about me to friends of mine, or that she very publicly screamed about my debt to All creatures, or the many four letter words she screamed at me.All I was waiting for the past few years to pay the $110 was a simply apology for the personal verbal assault and SLANDER Abby inflicted upon me. A SIMPLY HEARTFELT APOLOGY. I would have apologized to her for taking so long to pay, and I would gladly have paid interest on the debt.Now I find that to add insult to injury, Abby has seen fit to put the debt on my credit record. Well, I am still waiting for the apology. Now though I would like a heartfelt apology, and I would like for the black mark on my credit report to be removed. My credit score is 540, so It has not hurt my already poor credit, due to my divorce. It is simply a matter that For a business debt, I was verbally attacked and SLANDERED by someone who had done business with me for years, and who was always treated as extended family in my business. And, she was given years of discounts.I will satisfy my legal obligation to All Creatures, if I get a simple written apology, and a written promise that the debt will be removed from my credit record.Every word of what I have written is the truth, and I have trustworthy witnesses that will testify in court to its validity. I am glad I found the All Creatures Facebook Page. Social Media is a VERY powerful tool.
