1st of all the people that work there are horribly rude on the phone and in person . On top of that she claimed my 10 pound dog would have to be sedated if i ever brought him back saying that he attacked her . She didn't even clip his nails and did a horrible job cutting his hair . If you care for your pet at all, please do not use this groomer. I took my toy poodle here one time because we use the vet next them. Not only did he come away shaved, not cut like a poodle, but he also was cut on his eyelid and ear and had a skin infection 3 weeks later when I took him to the vet. My dog is 12-years-old and has never had this experience when being groomed. I'm still in shock. Read Less

After taking our Standard poodle to this groomer, let me just say that she had to shaven down completely by a DIFFERENT groomer to salvage her coat....She was so uneven I wonder if the groomer could even see properly ( our 7 year old even thought it was terrible). Her ears were NOT done even after we were charged for it... The lady behind the desk was ASLEEP upon pickup and our poor dog left under the dryer for who knows how long. What makes me even madder was that the lady seemed annoyed at our requests when bringing our dog in. Almost like, " you expect me to do what to your dog?" Read Less
