They answered the phone late at night, and didn't try to push us into a emergency service trip. The next day they drove a hour away to come and help with the problem we called for. Lebanon Mo. doesn't have any cattle veterinarians that will answer the phone after 5:00p.m. I will do all my business, and recommend Wooderson any day.

Excellent customer service! Two days ago, on a Monday morning at 8am, I am trying to locate a vet who will take care of a sick Juliana Mini Pig. This was not an easy feat. I called one vet, and I was told that someone from their office, who knew more about pigs, would need to call me back. I didn't have a problem with that but, they eventually called me back at 7:30pm. :-( After waiting an hour an a half for that vet to call me back, I began looking online for other vets that might see our sick pig. I was thrilled to call Wooderson Veterinary Clinic and they were able to see our pig no problem. They allowed me to bring in our sick pet mini pig within 30 minutes of calling their office, only because that is how long it would take us to load him up and drive there. Dr. Robinson came out to our vehicle to see our guy, so we wouldn't have to bring him inside the office. I appreciated the dedication to providing our guy the medical care he needed to save his life. He is still working on getting better but, making improvements each day. If I had waited on the other vet, our mini pig may not be with us today. Kudos to a veterinary office that provides prompt and compassionate service! Thank you from "Steve - the Juliana Pig" and his grateful family!

On a Sunday i had 7 katahdin ewes attacked by dogs. Dr. Wooderson met me at the clinic and we went to work. He had help and i had help. He saved all but one. I was pretty upset as they had been bred and figured we would lose every thing. When I got the bill I was floored I expected one 4 times as high and offered to let him refigure it.He refused and told me that I had a bad day and needed a break. Wow. Great guy! Great practice and set up.

Excellent customer service! Two days ago, on a Monday morning at 8am, I am trying to locate a vet who will take care of a sick Juliana Mini Pig. This was not an easy feat. I called one vet, and I was told that someone from their office, who knew more about pigs, would need to call me back. I didn't have a problem with that but, they eventually called me back at 7:30pm. :-( After waiting an hour an a half for that vet to call me back, I began looking online for other vets that might see our sick pig. On a Sunday i had 7 katahdin ewes attacked by dogs. Dr. Wooderson met me at the clinic and we went to work. He had help and i had help. He saved all but one. I was pretty upset as they had been bred and figured we would lose every thing.
